Since both Caterpie and Metapod have a poke-pokewr allowing them to evolve, could they both be used in the same turn, essentially allowing for a 25% chance to go from caterpie to Butterfree in 1 turn?

I actually like it 1 energy to heal throw in STr and Plus Power to add the amount he heals for team it with Weavile turn him dark for even more with special darks.........lots of potential if u ask me
