Pokemon:
4x Raikou (SW)
2x Electrike (MT)
2x Manectric (MT)

Trainers:
3x Quick Ball
3x Great Ball
3x Team Galactic's Wager
3x Roseanne's Research
2x Night Maintenance

Energy:
38x Lightning Energy

The strategy for this deck is to get Raikous out quickly, powering up the benched ones with Thunder Climb, and slowly damaging the opponent's bench with Thunder Rumble. Somehow, having to draw a basic in the opening hand isn't very hard.

This deck will be played at the city championship in Tampa this weekend.

I suggest a 1-1 or 2-2 Manectric in here. The more Basic NRG you stack, the more damage it can do so you at least have a chance ot power up something to do heavy damage!

I also recommend 4 Great Ball, 4 Quick Ball

You will get T1, T2 a lot and benched!

Actually it's surprisingly decent. Bissey does hurt it badly, as does Lucario, but Gallade needs time and effort to set up and if you don't see a Gallade within the first three or four turns it becomes a real struggle to even keep pokemon in play, let alone set up... and Gardevoir is practically useless because gardy & raikou 2hko each other and gardy's power is nearly useless most of the time with such an incredibly low supporter count.

It's a hilarious deck and very reminiscient of Zap-turn-Dos in that it's just a relentless 80 damage over and over again once it sets up, with the added bonus of the power adding 10 bench damage every turn.
