Whenever an attack by the Pokemon that Moss Rock is attached to does damage, that damage is increased by 20 (before applying Weakness and Resistance). If you attached Moss Rock to 1 of your Eevee, you may put a Leafeon from your hand onto Eevee (this count’s as evolving Eevee).
