Strategy: Start with Absol or Magmar. With Absol, discard cards with Baleful Wind and use Mars to make their hand go very low. Then send out Magmortar and start spreading damage like crazy, Magmortar's attack does 40 and 20 to two Benched Pokemon. Magmortar Lvl.X can do 100 damage to any Pokemon so that also helps with spreading. While the opponent has little cards it will be hard for them to evolve their Pokemon or stop Magmortar. If you start with Magmar, get T2 Magmortar and on T3 start spreading damage.

Fixed this list to a version i would run, if you want to spread a lot of dmg, then absol might be a great tech, also the scoop ups help with absol and a weak magmorter can be scooped then evolved. Also I changed your trainer line cause I don't like using a ball engine in every deck,. (which most people have been reduced too because they think it counters galade. try using both version of trainer lines and tell me what runs better..)

This is the BDIF right now IMO. 17-18 energy is the play with this deck.
Take out the multi and put in holon FF and ad scrambles.
 
how can this be the bdif when it loses to gallade/gardy decks? you have no response when gallade simply comes up and ohko's you. you HAVE to play scramble. and good luck only attaching one energy per turn.....if you go against anything with lati-lock you lose, and you rely on luck starting with absol. this deck simply doesn't set up anywhere near the typhlosion version, and if you play AGAINST anyone using absol, you have no draw other than supporters to get your way out of it. the synergy is simply not there.
 
In my area just magmorter and delcatty won 2 cities and 3 battle roads.. Try adding in delcatty energy draw to set up faster, it helps the deck out a lot.

Well, this deck does work. It has so much disruption, good-luck getting the setup. The Gardy/Gallade matchup isn't as bad as you think. The Absol start is very easy to get and the magmar start isn't bad either, depending on what deck I go up against it is the start you would want. Lati-lock, why would I fear that?
It takes away my body, oh well, minor set back!!
 
Vegeta is correct about latilock, i mean the deck plays freakin cessation crystal. That latilock sitting on the bench will just be used to catch up on prizes so the deck doesn't lose on account of time( which can happen easily because of how the deck is supposed to be played.)
