Actually, that set list is from PokeCorner, who stole it from our forum mod PMJ (along with everything else on their page!). It's a speculative list, and a couple weeks old, too.
 
Are you cereal, a 200HP Pokemon as a rare?

That I would love to see!, well, they made Chansey a common, so anything can happen I guess!

Hoping to see some cool surprises too...and NO REVERSE HOLOS IN ALTERNATE PACKAGING!!

I think the set will have 2 Darkrai, Dialga, Palkia. A rare version and a holo version.

Edit - Claydol will be a holo and will be #3.
 
That was me messing up on Claydol, but I find it hard to beleive that Wailord will NOT be a holo. I kind find it hard to beleive the Legendary Birds wont be either.

And we now know Darkrai (at least 1 of them) is #4 in the set.

Well, Pokebeach has a partial list up, but I find it really really disturbing that Phione wont be in the set. That bugs me, it makes more than a few cards playable. By not being in the set it makes Gardy/Gallade look like the deck to beat as I felt that Phione would give some power to other decks to out speed it. Darkrai is #3 and #4 supposely. I saw that as a possibility.

However, on DP5 JPN it looks like Mewtwo Lv. X is just sick and Gliscor Lv. X might be also.
