WOAH! WOAH! WOAH! This is new. Open Event WOW. Loads of people are going to be there. Hope the venues big enough. WOW No needing to qualify at states YIPEE!

Woo can i just say, open to UK residences only correct?

Well as Professor and Nationals judge you should know the tournament rules by now don't you think?
But in case you missed it, it's in the Nationals FAQ

The Pokémon TCG National Championships are sanctioned title events open to all resident players in good standing and are run using the Age Modified Swiss format. National Championships will be held in various locations around the world during the months of April, May, and June of 2008.
The Pokémon TCG National Championships are open to legal residents of the host country only. Residency in this case is defined as a person who legally resides in the host country or one of its territories, not necessarily a citizen. Proof of residency will be required upon registration.

Next time when you start picking at me I would suggest , do your homework first.

To all UK Players,

Good luck and be there.

Rainbowgym: I did know but i just wanted to make sure to other players as well. If it seems that i was picking at you, then i'm sorry. I normally pick on everyone but sometimes i do appear to pick on a single person.

Pokeplus: I don't think so :frown:

Ahh Yeah I Can Go To Nationals - That Saves Me A Lot Of Fuss Of Travelling All The Way To Poole and so on. Thanks For youre wise decision. Now What Deck To Play

Yeah...

Anywayz, that is good news- quote my mum " Yay I don't have to drive to Poole tomorrow!!!" :D To be honest I didn't really want to get up too early anyway!!!!

See y'all at nats!! :p

It says

Registration 8.30am-9.00am

Round 1- 10.30am. so... there's plenty of time for deckchecks. But only half an hour for registration is too short. They should allow one hour at least!!

Logistics are being discussed including registration and deck checks...

Seriously though players are going to need to have the decklists done and decks in order of the decklist prior to registration and get there in tim because when registration closes - if you are too late you will get a first round loss!

It's about time the UK got it togther for Nationals - OPEN NATIONALS is good
Logistics to be sorted

As Players and TOs we need to get the message out though - Be ready, be on time and have your decklist done!

It takes one games loss and a player will never be late, without decklist and deck in order anymore.
But most TO's are afraid to "punish" and therefor getting into time problems.

And OPEN Nationals, well that's how it should be * end of discussion* LOL
