2 Mr. Briney's Compassion (Scoop up eevees or absols and make regice your only pokemon in play)
3 Castaway (search StrCharm or BuffPiece)
2 Pokenav (helps with energy and/or pokemon and next turn card)
2 Holon Mentor (full bench with eevees and 1 absol ex)
4 PlusPower
3 Strenght Charm
3 Buffer Piece (Shield for regice final stand)

STRATEGY:

basicly try to start with pachirisu, and bench eevees and jolt ex,,
if evereything goes perfect 40 damage to all of his pokemon
+super scoop up, maybe with luck another 40 or 30 damage to all pokemon,,
plus power and str charm for 1 hit KO,, and scramble for jolt ex 70dmg attack.
go with absol ex and deal 10 to all that already have counters,,
sacrifice him and some jolts, then put regi ice for more all-poke-damage
and help regice keep alive with bufferpiece

well, Jolteon ex is from Delta Species which is a banned set.

Briney's can't pick up Absols or Jolteon EX, so using it to make Regice your only pokemon won't work.

Rather then Bebe's search for Absol, why not use Roseanne's Research? That'll get EX basics too, as well as energies. And it does so without having to shuffle a card back into the deck. You... COULD just beef up the Mentor count as well, but Roseanne's in two copies gives you the option to look for several energies if you need to do so.

Pachirisu makes me shudder with this deck, given that you don't actually want to Call for Family out an Absol, and your supposed endgame strategy hates all of the extra basics that Pachirisu has pulled... I'd recommend a different starter, such as Stantler, or maybe Furret. Heck, Mawile's possible too (though the other two are much better in most cases)

The three Strength Charm and three Buffer Piece strike me as a little... Much. You really shouldn't need more then two Buffer Piece, for starters. I don't really like how you have a lone Celio's Network in here either, especially if you list it as being in there to get Regice (which Roseanne's and Mentor can do already).
