8 basic Dark
3 Psychic
2 Water
2 Fighting
1 Electric

Strategy is to start with Pachirisu, get Gible, Sneasel, and Claydol on bench. T2 Evolve to Weavile, start powering up the Bible. T3 get a Roseanne's get another Gible and the energy you need for the matchup. T4 hopefully already have a Garchomp fully powered but no Darkrai just yet. 2HKO their first pokemon is alright I guess. Something like that. Like it falls into place a little bit better then I'm explaining.

But the problem is I can't get a 3 Garchomp going once the first 2 have been Koed. Sometimes getting the first one is a pain, like it's inconsistent. Thoughts or suggestions?

fixed, and geez finally someone post in it.

Any other engine ideas guys? I know I don't have the perfect list here.

you dont really need the scott if you think you need 3 spots for beach... and i dont think 2 castaway could hurt

Why the stones when you have roseanne's which could get you a basic as well?

The 2 NM are needed for consistency. Since your running low on each type of energy, you need to draw quicky into that NM after your first Garchomp gets KO with the necessary energy needed for the match-up.

because Mr. Stoney is for instant basic energy getter. NM means you have to play that and a roseanne's.

stones is in there so you dont have to waste night maintenence on energy... or if you ran tsd

I would suggest putting in a couple boost for a quick attack. i know it turns off the power, but 70 out of nowhere is pretty good.

Yes this is true. I would play boost. Attaching it and doing 70 out of nowhere is good, but not only that, a couple of things that are weak to :colorless are still being run in states deck I.E Flygon ex PK, Salamence ex d, Salamence SW, etc. Even in a Mirror Match, Boost energy would help

if that is the case then you don't dark enrage just leave it colorless.

I really don't like boost in this deck. That' what the Weavile is for. It's your energy accelerator.

Boost is just there just in case your in a bad situation, but you don't have to use it if you don't wan't to.

Rainbow Scale

But thats not the point. The point is you get 40 extra damage due to Rainbow Scale for the Boost energy, along with the fact that Garchomp is :colorless it's self.
