Well it was a great day all in all and I really enjoyed judging the event. Not to many major happenings except for a couple costly missplays in the seniors which cost a player dearly.... I think everyone had fun though and I definately look forward to nationals which is held in BC as well.

If it 'WAS' MAY 1ST it would be huge as you would get a ton
of Washington and some Oregon players as well, but no it really is March 1st same day as Oregon states. Good luck to all. Hope to see some BC players at regionals where we will be holding the 3rd Annual Northwest Pokemon TCG Team Championship.

ugh, what was he playing? how many players in masters?

Playing banette because it has no bad matchup except dark (if you can say dark is even competetive) and it beats GG pretty much every time.

Went undefeated throughout the day

couldnt win over in edmonton either =[
Good luck next time!

how does it beat GG every game? whatever man, i'm not going to argue with you, but don't say "couldn't even win in edmonton" because first of all you weren't their so you don't know the circumstances of the tourney, and second of all, at alberta provincials, people were playing real decks (not to say that nobody was in bc, but more so in alberta). so gj man, but don't let it go to your head........

should have been easier to play around them then if they were using "real" decks

Oh and did you know banette is too fast for GG and also one shots anything almost

I dont really even care that I won seeing as I dedicate basically no time to this game

Ok kids get along! Brendan2236 you were not there exactly, Kinda wondering why?? Did you think you hada better chance in Alberta? I personally thought it was kinda disappointing to see our BC players who did well last year not show up for what ever reason? And FYI, there was some very good decks played so please do not diss your own provinces players as if you couldn't win in Alberta then I doubt you would have here either. Maybe see you at Nats and then you can show us whata "real" deck is to you ok. Sorry for the harshness but your post above came across as jsut that as well.... See you at nats man.

Good jonb Malcolm you deserved your win and did go undefeated.:thumb:

well first of all, i have several reasons for playing in alberta, basically it was to due with the fact that they posted theirs up on the website several weeks before we did. i didn't expect them to be on the same day, so i booked a flight. i apologize for saying that people in bc are not playing good decks. basically, i took offense to malcolms comment that i didn't play in bc because i thought alberta would be easier. before i decided to go to edmonton rather then play here, i did take into acount the fact that some people would react the way they have. quite frankly, their really is no point in arguing what would have happened had i stayed here, as we will really never know for sure.

well... from what i saw, there were at least 5 GG, 3-4 Sceptile/Torterra/(lv.X), some blissey/others, few banettes, cresselia Lvx, Wigglytuff/xatu, Electivire... (correct me if I’m wrong)

Hey if you want to prove that you are not afraid

... of a little competition!!! Remember, Washington States is this Saturday March 8th, and it is a heck of a lot closer to Vancouver BC then Edmonton is. Hope to see some of you down this weekend

*** Also your dollar is worth more down here ***
