I am currently playin a water/electricity/colorless deck as follows.

Piplup x 3
Prinplup x 2
Empoleon x 1
Buizel x 2
Floatel x 1 (I really like this one)
Totodile (water) x1
Totosile (electric) x 2
Croconaw x 1
Feraliatr x 1
Shinx x 2
Plusle x 1
Pikachu x 1
Raichu x 1
Smeargle x 1
Doduo x 1
Dodrio x 1

SUPPORTER

Roseanne's Research x 1
Rival x 1

TRAINER

Power Plus x 2
Potion x 3
TV Reporter x 2
Professor Elm's Training Method x 2
Energy Search x 1
Energy Removal 2 x 1
Buffer Piece x 1

ENERGY
:lightning Electricity x12
:water: Water x11
:colorless Delta Rainbow Energy x1

Strategy: When I played Magic 12 years ago, I was all for nickel and dimeing while waiting for ripping my opponents head off through his hind end . I would like to carry that over to here while having the capability of access to my deck to get what I want while keeping my opponent at bay.

I would lie some help honing my deck. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

You actually CAN help him. You are just being a jerk by not doing so.

Anyways,
Try focusing your deck on 2-3 lines of pokemon. It will greatly speed up your deck.

Yeah, minimize Pokemon lines, and... here. I'll help you with your Trainer line:

Ceilio's Network/Bebe's Search x4
Professor Oak's Vist x4
Roseanne's Research x4
Team Galactic's Wager x2
Team Galactic's Mars x2
Castaway x2
Strength Charm x2
Warp Point x2
Rare Candy (if you're playing Stage 2s) x4

This is a core Supporter/Trainer line, with extra stuff depending on the deck.

Your Pokemon line should look like this:

Piplup x4
Prinplup x3
Empoleon x4
Starter (Lapras is best) x4

Again, you could probally add techs, or even another line, like Lucario.

Energy line:

Scramble Energy x2
Double Rainbow Energy x2
Water Energy x11

Now you have room for 4 extra cards. Whatever you like.

or you can try

3-2-3-1 empolion lvx
2-2 porygon2
3 lapras

this is my line up for pokemon, i like the trainers above.

Yes, Porygon2 would be nice... however, I'd say 4 Lapras, simply because it increases your chances of starting with it. And yeah, you could try Empoleon Lv.X instead of an Empoleon...
