I think that would be too many, however. I would drop at list one card for a Minun SW for when your Banette's kick the bucket the turn after you Spiteful Pain/Ghost Head (Spiteful Pain more or less, however that always happens to be my experience with Banette)

I prize your lunatone or Solrock - What happens to your deck. Better yet I play magmortar what happens to your deck? you need something else in there unless you are only going to play G&G

Cut 3 Great ball for 3 Master/Dusk ball. Cut the charm for another pluspower. Cut an ER2 for a castaway. Cut a Celios for a Castaway.

No its not 2 many, this list

4-4 Banette
2-2 Lunasol
1-1 Claydol
1 Minun or a 2-2 Line of Claydol

has the best chance against magmortar,Speed Ban cant be Magmortar at all. It still is fast against Gardy and the trainer line can go either way,but Fishing engine is the most constitant and most effective.

actually this has fine matchups with magmortar...

Um no. You need consistency to beat magmortar because if you go aggro banette you may be able to take prizes but if they want they take easy prizes on the bench too if they want. They could go out slow and just use flame ball bazooka on your lunatones and take multiple prizes.

I honestly prefer

Bannete 4-4
Lunatone x2
Solrock x1
Claydol 2-2

Blaze: this deck rips through magmortar if it cant get set up T2. It's so easy to get a KO every/other turn.

AggroBanette plays too many warps for them just to let u take a 3-4 prize lead since 3-4 warps will win u the game and u will take 3 prizes early and warp will do the rest.

4 - 4 Banette
1 - 1 Lunasol
1 - 1 Claydol

Minun = not advantageous. Yes, Banette gets knocked. You can use Minun's power 5 times, total of 10 cards, while leaving it completely open to bench sniping and the ever - fun Dusknoir.

I've eaten mags matchups with mine, and I just barely lost to a top-tier Gardygallade deck after eating a few others.

If u had a 1-1 Claydol line u either have to add in Minun or another Claydol line for it to super speedy. I learned this from alot of playtesting cuz sometimes 1 Claydol wont do it especially if its prized and u have no recovery system after that.

I personally think that ER2 is un-necessary.
I would drop em for 1-1 Claydol, 1 Minun, and 1 Beach/Warp.
Oh btw, 3-4 Warp is basically a necessity in Banette.
