im trying this w/ Heatran, here's the Spoilers for him:

Heatran LV.X - Fire - 120 HP
Level Up

Poke-Body: Heat Metal
Even if your opponent's Burned Pokemon Evolve, De-Evolve, or Level Up, the Burn condition remains. In between turns, whenever your opponent flips a coin for the Burned condition, all of those coin flips are treated as tails.

Poke-Power: Heat Wave
This Power can be used once at the end of your turn, if this Pokemon is on your Bench. If, during your turn, your Active Fire-type or Steel-type Pokemon discarded Basic Energy as a result of its attack, choose up to 2 of those Basic Energy cards and attach them to that Pokemon.

Weakness: Water (x2)
Resistance: none
Retreat: 4

Heatran LV.47 – Fire – HP100
Basic Pokemon

Poke-Power: Flash Fire
You can use this Power once during your turn. Choose 1 Fire Energy attached to your Pokemon and move it to this Pokemon. This Power can't be used if this Pokemon is affected by a Special Condition.

[R][R][C][C] Magma Storm: 40 damage. You may discard any number of Basic Energy attached to Heatran. If you do, do an additional 20 damage for each Energy card you discarded.

Weakness: Water (x2)
Resistance: none
Retreat: 4

you all know the strat, magmortar kills things, abuse scrambles, snipe like crazy, Firestarter some stuff. Heatran LvX is just screaming magmortar tho, w/ the Super burn AND getting back the discarded energies that u got rid of w/ Flame Kick and Flame Bluster, only downside is his monstrous retreat cost, but he's only in there as a tech. if i find that he lowers consistancy, he's gone.

Well, you have like 5 months till you can play it, so...

And then half of the deck will be gone.
Whats the point of posting decks that will never be legit, using cards that will be released in 4 months in a metagame you don't even know ?

ok,

at the end of Worlds, PUSA MUST be up to date w/ Japan's sets at least w/ the DP block, meaning that we should get this guy before worlds. even if we dont, it is for speculation and discussion, so dont flip out because it isnt out yet, geez...

Claydol is more consistant.. just play a substantial amount of discarding cards and ur fine. You may not always have an energy.. but you most likely WILL have a card in your hand

ok,

PUSA doesnt have to be up to date with Japan. There is no rule that says that.
