According to the link you provided it was only 1.3k not 13k. There is a HUGE difference
 
it seems to me Ebay has become the land of the stupid where burnt toast, a corn flake, rock looks like Elvis, dorito that looks like popes hat, foot long McDonalds French Fry, and the list goes on, but something sensible has a hard time selling.

This reminds me of the time when selling items that were supposedly "haunted", complete with backstory, was all the rage on Ebay. Thank God that was short-lived.

Its not stupid. Its just obsessive. The question is:

Who in they're right mind would want to buy a state-shaped corn flake?

The answer:

Whoever already has the other 49 state-shaped corn flakes.
 
^did u see in the article that the guy who bought this also bought the "biggest" cornflake in the US, but when it arrived, it broke in 3 pieces. now the guy is coming to the person to collect it.
