How does eeveelutions work?

I was looking at the translations for the eeveelutions cards and I don't get one thing. How does the eeveelutions deck work?
I know that Glace has a free lock and has a power water attack and the Esp/Umb support Glace by giving free retreat and more HP, and the Leafeon provides energy acceleration, but how does the synergy work and why do people think it is so good. I am leaning towards playing an eeveelutions deck, but first I need to understand what cards to play w/ it.

Also, how much would Glace/Leaf X and the other eeveelutions cost? I might buy a MD box because my b-day is in May, but I don't want to expend too much.

Next, how is Garchomp NOT incredibly good? Pretty good damage spread, increased HP n stuff, and a pretty insane attack requiring absolutely NO energy. Seriously, this card is godly.

U just answered your own question

Garchamp Lv.X is only good cuz of its ability to get ANY pokemon from the discard(exl Lv.X) and fully power it up in one turn. Other than that, its not that as broke as it seems.

The eeveelution's deck doesn't work. The only way to play eeveelutions is to play glacion or lefeon with a espeon tech and play a supporting card like empoleon or blissey. All of them together does not work at all because the jolte, vapore, and flare all are bad and are not a good combo to go wiht the others and the espy and umpbre are only good techs the only good eeveelutions lv.x are good. Also the evelutions are being played in Japan but for only one reason. UF eevee. This is that card taht could seriously help the eeveelutions. Also garchomp is very good and will probaly make garchomp played a lot more.

how would they work with empoleon OR blissey??

Eh, I think I phrased the question wrong. I already know how they work, but how are they so good? Magmortar snipes it all and GG locks up Leaf too, so how is it going to work vs those two.

Yeah, Garchomp is good.

Dude, wtf. Blissey and Empoleon don't combo that well with the Eeveelutions. Also, ur supposed to play only with Glace/Leaf and X, and Umb and Esp support the two.

There isn't just an "Eeveelutions" deck per say. There are a few good decks w/ some of the Eeveelutions in them which work in different ways.

Garchomp X is pretty average really, nothing special.

I don't know about Eeveelutions all together, but if you ran either Speed Glaceon/Leafeon or Leafeon/Glaceon and Blissey that would be an interesting deck. I'm testing Glaceon/Leafeon/Claydol right now with the fishing engine with Premier Ball. Absol ex is the play as well.

leafeon/sceptile could make a stand
double energy drop, double damage for leafeon, possibly toss in 2-2 tangrowth
