banette/blissey help

so im planning on playing banette blissey and regionals
but this deck seems a little inconsistent

plus, im not playing plus power, and i think i should, but cant fit them in

any ideas?

I played this at States and had success, but I missed top cut because of a misplay, well for the most part. Anyway, I have a good idea of how to build the deck. My suggestions:

Go 3 Boost. I also ran a Scramble (which won me my first round game) and 2 Fire Energy along with a Holon FF to aid against Gallade.

1-1 Lunasol. No more is needed. Use the other slot for Minun. He's the MVP of this deck, no joke.

Running Beach here is suicidal. You need to use Boost/Scramble here.

Go 3-3 Blissey.

Trainer line needs consistency and restructuring. Casataways + Cess Crystals are a must. 4 TVR for draw power and discarding )Banette) also a must, IMO.

The ball engine is not a great idea here. It can work, but it takes a lot of room and leaves a lot to be desired.
