Been wanting to see someone else try and use Charizard, not a bad idea, BUT seems to be SLOW, even with Clay.
-2 Crystal beach
+1 Roesannes, +1 Stevens, WHY do yu have SSU? For Togekiss? If so, I understand.

You really need 1 more Roseanne's Research.
And DEFINETLY Castaway instead of scott.
You don't need scott if you have no stadiums.
You do need Castaway if you have tools.

And maybe delta Togepi and maybe Holon's Castform???

Charizard is slow...i'd use DRE instead of Crystal Beach, for the little extra speed. Isn't there some Unknow that lets your opponent take a prize? He'd probably be okay in here.

Hatter I always like the decks you build, they may not see much play but they are never the same old deck everyone else is building.

I was trying to use Charizard as well since I pulled 3 of those silly cards. Using the Rage Chamander and Charmeleon and Memory Berry is the only way to go with this pokemon. The difference with mine was that I was going to use Lapras as a start and Blastoise for support. Charizard only needs the fire energy for the requirement for its attack but not for the discard, they can be any energy cards. I found it way too slow.

I think you should add 2 Scramble energy it could allow you to use Charizard d in a pinch if you need to. Also increase the number of Memory Berry and Castaway they are necessary for the success of Charizard. I would probably take out the Rosanne's and Steven's for 2 more Berry and 2 more Castaway.

Thanks again for posting this deck idea and keep them coming because I really enjoy reading them.

What do you do vs psychic lock when they disable togekiss and claydol?
Mew* is also a big problem for this deck.

You play 2 memory berry. Are you only going to hope to beat GG when you rip a memory berry and rage them?

Charizard D is definitively the play. It can power itself up. I was trying this before GE came out. I wasn't using Pachi or Clay, and never had the stones to get back to it b/c of the Lock.

Here is how I would make the list:

Pokemon: 22
4 Pachi
3-2-3 Charizard D
3-2-3 Kiss
1-1 Clay

Supporters: 12
4 Celio
3 TVR
2 Steven's
1 Wager
2 Castaway

Trainers: 10
2 strength charm
2 NM
4 candy
2 Crystal Beach

Energy:16
8 Electric
8 Basic Metal

It's a 5 minute list, but a good starting point.

oh forgot to add Mantine D to my list.

When I was running it really didn't need the Claydol, but it does help.
+ 2 Mantine D
- 1-1 Claydol

SSU aren't really needed as you don't have a problem powering up Charizard D, since you swarm it with Kiss to keep the energy there.
