Gigantic Suicune

I'm not even really sure where this came from, but I have a Suicune that is roughly twice the size of a normal card. It is a reverse holo, and it is numbered 8/12. It looks like it's a reprint of Aquapolis #37, except that the set symbol is a white cube. Can anybody tell me more about where this card might have come from, and approximately what it's worth? It is a box-topper from that set. It is worth roughly around $5-$10.
