3 Nidoran Male SW
2 Nidorino
3 Nidoking SW
4 Nidoran Female SW
2 Nidorina
2 Nidoqueen DF
2 Nidoqueen MT
1 Baltoy GE
1 Baltoy PK ( The one that can confuse)
2 Claydol GE
2 Pachirisu
1 Stantler
Pokemon = 25

4 Rare Candy
4 Celio's Network
2 Copycat
3 Roseanne's Research
1 Lake Boundary
1 Phoebe's
1 Scott
1 Night Maintenance
1 Warp Point
1 Castaway
1 Strength Charm
Trainers = 20

3 Double Rainbow
10 Psychic
2 Scramble
Energy = 15

Strategy: You want to set-up both Nidoqueen MT to make Nidoking's pride attack only cost two energy to do big damage. Nidoqueen DF is to help set-up and assists Pride Attack. Poison Rub is also a great attack to stall with, especially for 0-1 energy on average because of Nidoqueen MT. Any help is very much appreciated since I'm considering playing this for Regionals.

I'm actually not that worried about it's weakness since Gardevoir and Mismagius are probably the only Psychic pokemon to worry about. I know Gardevoir is a very large threat but it can only 2HKO Nidoking even with Lake Boundary in play while I OHKO it with one heads on Pride attack. I am a little worried about Mismagius since it is pretty popular in my Meta-game but it is easily OHKO'd by pretty much anything in this deck and most people don't play above a 2-2 line so it's not to much of a threat. Another reason not to play Blasty is that the bench space in this deck is alreasy extremely tight and Blasty just wouldn't be worth the bench space it takes and the resources I'd have to use just to get it out. I do appreciate the suggestion though, and it would be a nice addition but it't just doesn't fit.

More suggestions please:)

You can take out the 3 steven's and a strength charm for a 2-2 claydol line. You don't want to give gallade something to telepass for.
You can also probably take out the master ball for a mentor (I think the female nido only gets other male nido's, right?) and um....1 stantler and a pachi, just for less of a chance to start with the male nidoran. and if you start with the pachi, then you can get a baltoy with it.
I guess you could just pay no attention to any of this and only take out the master ball and a str charm for the 2-2 claydol, which I think is extremely necsessary in this deck, and then you would be able to keep the stevens in. That along with the claydol and the nidoqueen delta would add a lot more consistancy to the deck.

1 night maintenance seems awfully thin. i think felicity's or tvr should be your draw card to help thin your deck and possibly quick charge vengeance. not nuts about masterball either, i think either quickball or pokedex would serve you better.

two stage 2s is tough.....

1 NM would be plenty, as most of the pokemon are the same thing. It's not hard to get another 'king out if one faints......
And as I said, the master ball would be better suited as a claydol line.
You can also probably afford to take out 2 psychic for 2 scramble, and maybe another psychic for a cyclone.

I would prefer taking out the steven's advice and a strength charm for the 2-2 Claydol since I seem to be pretty lucky on Master Ball and it is a nice thing to have to help against Gardy's tlepass instead of using Celio's. But I think I will also take your second suggestion so I'll take the Master ball out anyway for 2 Pachi and a Stantler.

I also thought about the Scramble and Cyclone and I think I will add the two Scramble but not the Cyclone since I see the always colorless thing getting in the way of Pride Attack.

Thanks a ton for all of your help:)

Edit: The female Nidoran can get another Female to.

1-0-1 dusknoir tech would help to keep nidoqueensMT's attack high if you have to attack with them, its not a bad attack either.

Not to mention, it controls their bench space a little bit better. Also, its psychic typed so its not going way out of your way.
