What's The Best Pokemon Movie? I only have the first movie and it's on tape =/

I'd like to know what Pokemon Movie to get next and I don't want to waste my money on the wrong one.

1. Mewtwo Stikes Back
2. Revelation Lugia
3. Entei, Lord of the Unown Tower
4. Celebi, a Timeless Encounter
5. Guardians of the Water Capital: Latias and Latios
6. The Wishing Star of 7 Nights, Jirachi
7. The Sky Splitting Invader, Deoxys
8. Mew and The Wave Guiding Hero Lucario
9. Pokémon Ranger and Prince of The Sea, Manaphy
10. Dialga versus Palkia versus Darkrai
11. Giratina and the Sky's Bouquet: Shaymin

Pokémon Movie 10 by far however you are gonna have to wait a few months for it.
If you want a current movie I suggest Movie 2,5 or 6.

I personally like Movie 5 the best. However the Japanese version is a million times better.
 
Cant go wrong with Pokemon the movie 2000, not only was it a great movie, it contained in the movie at the end what I think is one of the most famous cards ever made, (ancient Mew).
 
i liked the first (mewtwo) and second (lugia) movies the best.
the 5th (laiti@s) was good too, same with the 8th (lucario).
i thought that the jirachi and deoxys movies were complete crap. very lame indeed.

my favorite thing in all the movies though is the funny sounds that the regi's make!
regirock sounds like someone threw a bunch of wrenches into a cement mixer!
regice sounds like a computer devil.
and registeel just sounded crazy.

Yeah we all know this is going to get closed, since all the mini modding has been done above. Lucario and the Mystery of mew is one of my favorite pokemon movies. The animation is good as always, and it actually has a good plotline. The darkrai one is great too, but won't be on DVD until the end of may. I'd say go for movie 8 (lucario)

I rather liked Destiny Deoxys and Lucario/Mystery of Mew. Not completely sure why, though. Might just be that Ash wasn't being a complete idiot in those two movies, the characters actually acted like people, IMO, for those two...
 
Lucario and the Mystery of Mew and Mewtwo Returns are easily the best. And if you make everyone list reasons the mods won't count it as a poll.

You don't. BUT if you ask people to please post their reasons why they recommend whichever movie they recommend, then it is not a poll.

Some replies have been poll-like. I may delete these later. Some have been what you want - an answer and the reason why they picked that movie for their answer.

So let's hear the reason why you like whatever movie you recommend.
 
Can people tell me what NUMBERED movies I'm missing and the COMPLETE names of the movies?

I like 10 the BEST, because it has Empoleon, Gallade, Infernape, and some of MY other Favorites on there!!!
