Disclaimer: I'm still just getting used to this game, so I'm sorry if my decks are completely out of whack, but I try and look around for what gets played in each arctype, then try out some cards I think are good.

So its like a standard Empoleon rush, only instead of Lucario, I'm using Pidgeot. Whirl wind for 50 at only 2 cost is rather easy to set up, and abuse, and if they decide to keep the pokemon that got whirlwinded in, knowing if I whirl wind again, they get to bring their other pokemn back I can retreat Pidgeot for free and smack with empoleon for 40 on the previously whirlwinded pokemon
I see alot of gallades here and at my local league, so I figured that both pokemon have high life so they cant die to psycho cutter easily, and thanks to WP I can dodge sonic blade.

Another disclaimer: Any advice is welcome, but please no "Loses to deck X take out -insert key cards- and completely change your theme". If I wanted to build a carbon copy of the best decks I would.

There is already 4 Celio in the deck, and I dont understand the purpose of lake boundry, whats weak to normal? I can see For vs Magmortar, helping empoleon wreck him, I guess. I think I may add in the scott and the extra Cessataion. thanks for the help.

The trainer line needs a little work. You might want to try a support pokemon like Claydol for draw/setup. Or, you could add a Pidgeot d and up the WP count to 4, then use Milotic d (and/or 1-0-1 Nidoqueen d or Meganium d?) Pidgeot d would replace the effect of your cessation crystals nicely, opening up a couple spots for more powerful draw cards like Copycat and Steven's Advice. Mars is okay but only drawing 2 cards isn't going to get you very far most of the time.
