My NEW Rogue Deck AFTER Pre Release: Galleevees!!!

I was thinking of building this when GE was expected to have Eeveeloutions in it!!! I think it will be POWERFUL, and a Well Rounded deck. I wanted to either use Gardy OR Gallade. Now, since MD will contain the Eeveeloutions, I decided to post MY deck idea, let me KNOW what you think!!!:thumb:

You want to Start with Eevee OR Ralts either way is okay, BUT a Eevee start is MORE welcomed. Use Gardy to PSYLOCK the opponenet and to help set-up, WHILE building Glaceon and the other Eevees on the bench. Bring up Glaceon, and Spread Damge WHILE SHUTTING DOWN Poke-Powers!!! Espeon is there to ADD EXTRA HP to Eevees and for G/G match-ups. Umbreaon is good for giving your Eeveeloutions Free Retreat and NO weakness AND Great against Banette. All and All, I think this will be a Great deck!!! I think this can do WELL along with MAYBE a few changes. Let me know what you think, and if I CAME UP with a Good idea. THANKS for your Help and Comments!!!

:water:Glaceon LV.44 – Water – HP80
Stage 1 – Evolves from Eevee

[W] Snow Cloak: 30 damage. Flip a coin, if heads prevent all effects of attacks, including damage, done to Glaceon during your opponent’s next turn.
[W][C][C] Speed Slide: 60 damage. This attack’s damage isn’t affected by Resistance or any other effects on the Defending Pokemon.

Weakness: Steel (+20)
Resistance: none
Retreat: 1

:water:Glaceon Lv. X– Water – HP100
Level Up

Poke-body: Freezing Breath
As long as this Pokemon is your Active Pokemon, your opponent’s Pokemon can’t use any

Poke-powers.

[W][W][C] Avalanche: 70 damage. Flip a coin, if heads this attack also does 20 damage to each of your opponent’s Benched Pokemon.

Weakness: Steel (+30)
Resistance: none
Retreat: 1

:psychic:Espeon LV.44 – Psychic – HP80
Stage 1 – Evolves from Eevee

Poke-body: Sunlight Veil
Each of your Pokemon in play that’s evolved from Eevee has its maximum HP increased by 20. This Body stops working if another one of your Pokemon’s Sunlight Veil

Poke-bodies is already in effect.

[P][C][C] Morning Sun: 60 damage. You may move an Energy attached to Espeon to 1 of your Benched Pokemon.

Weakness: Psychic (+20)
Resistance: none
Retreat: 1

:dark:Umbreon LV.43 – Darkness – HP80
Stage 1 – Evolves from Eevee

Poke-body: Moonlight Veil
Each of your Pokemon in play that’s evolved from Eevee has free retreat and no Weakness.

[D][C][C] Confuse Ray: 50 damage. The Defending Pokemon is now Confused.

Weakness: Fighting (+20)
Resistance: Psychic (-20)
Retreat: 1

:colorlessEevee LV.14 – Colorless – HP60
Basic Pokemon

[C] Call For Family: Search your deck for as many Eevee as you like and put them on your Bench. Shuffle your deck afterward.
[C] Lunge: 20 damage. Flip a coin, if tails this attack does nothing.

Weakness: Fighting (+10)
Resistance: none
Retreat: 1

Cool deck! I don't think you need that many NM though, maybe take out 1 and put in another Roseanne's. I aslo don't think you need so many LB, because Banette and Gardevoir will then destroy your Gallade... maybe take out 1 or 2 and put in another Umbreon and another POV. I might try to add in an extra Scott in there too, to search out your LB when you need it.

You should definatley run 1 gardy... If you want this deck to be even a little competitive you need gardy. Its psychic lock is amazing and telepass is a big plus.. also I would just play lefeon then throw in beach.. a gg deck with beach? lefeon would help a lot IMO. Switch glaceon for lefeon.
 
Why would you not include Gardy? It's like Pidgeot, it helps out any deck it's in, even if you don't plan on attacking with it. I would probably try to add one in, just for it's power. You are already runing the basic/stage 1 to it, it would just take 1 extra space up and would provide a lot more consistently to the deck.
 
Gallade is a GREAT Damage Spreader. I really ONLY use Gallade for his Sonic Blade it its an Evolution, or just KO the basics. Yes Gardy is GReat, and I might USE Gardy INSTEAD of Gallade in the deck, BUT I DONT want this deck to be G/G with Eeveeloutions tech, its NOT my style. But, I appreciate the advice from Everyone. After wanting to use either Gardy OR Gallade with the Eeevees, Would Gardy be better than Gallade in this deck?

The plus over going Gardy over lade is then you would have 2 pokemon on your team shutting off powers on your opponent and at the same time would be getting additional help with gardy's power. You should try it... If you dont like it, you can always go back to lade :thumb:
 
Thanks Stalkerex, I appericate the help. I will Switch to 3 Gardys and a LV. X for SHUT DOWN ability, I will make the Change NOW. I will call it "Gardevees"!!!
 
I like the idea of running a 2-1-2-1 or 2 Gardy line with the eevelutions. I think you should try it out! I don't think a deck is instatnly considederd gg if it runs gallade or gardi, then runs a tech of a gardi or gallade.. And think about this, you should add phione as a starter, then run holon mentor to get your gardi's out faster... Also I would add another lake boundry.. I wouldnt play island hermit, there are way better draw cards..
 
What do you mean, so others want know about it? I am NOT trying to be ignorant, I just thought it was a GREAT idea. You are right, Metronoob, maybe I should quit doing this, but do you like my decks/ideas I have posted so far?
 
First off if you are going to call a deck Galleevees then make sure it has Gallade. I like the idea as a whole, I am just not sure if it will be red face paint deck. Only reason I say that is because I honestly think Eeveelutions is going to go crazy again and become the metagame.

He is right by the way, Rogue decks, at least good ones, are meant to be kept under wraps. You don't want everyone to know what you are planning to counter 75% of decks that will be played with. I do like the deck, but Metronoob is definitely right, if Arithmetic would have been posted then my brother would not have taken 2nd at regionals you see what I mean?

Posting your list is an admirable thing. Brush off them haters. I'd use another draw over island hermit. IH is just... bad.
 
Thanks guys, I just want to get my ideas out there. I mean, yeah I do want to surprise people with my decks, but I do like getting credit for a good idea too. I will switch to POVs if I run Gallade INSTEAD of Gardy, I just always have Bad Luck at getting something Good prized, but you guys have been rather helpful to me. I appreciate it, and please let me know if MY deck(s) are good ideas are not. I have a Few I have posted on here, EmpoQuag, Eeveepoleon, etc. I know the Names arent real good, but I try to focus more on the deck itself!!!
 
There's no reason not to run at least 1 gallade. Gallade is just a broken card who can take at least 2 prizes by itself a game. It also gives you a different type and a 130hp pokemon.
 
That is why I wanted to Originally run Gallade instead of Gardy, because Gallade addeds that FIghting type that the Eeveeloutions Dont have. I just dont like combining Gardy and Gallade together, it seems Dumb, But its just like I am going against what I beleive, you see?
