Finally, they posted MY boy, lol!!! I Cant wait to get a few of these to run with MY Eeveepoleon deck for Battle Roads and my other Empoleon decks. This card is truly AMAZING, I claimed him back in March, lol!!! I beleive this card will DOMINATE the format, or I will at least try too, of course!!! He combos SO WELL with a lot of cards in the format, Damage Spread is getting its OLD King back, lol.

I think he is that little Spark needed to Bring Empo to the TOP! I have so many deck ideas for him, its not even funny.

I give this card a 9.5/10!!!

Use with Eeveelutions, Vaporeon can heal damage's from your Bench, Glaceon Lv.X is broken and Espeon give's more HP to your Eeveelutions.
 
Surf Together only becomes a problem when you use it a lot. You should only be using 2 or 3 of those each game, so you may wind up having 2 damage counters on your bench from it. I don't think you need to run anything to nullify the drawback 'cuz it's not really that bad.
 
It's obvious - fill your bench with Grass Pokémon and a Sunflora MT!

However, I think Dual Splash is really awesome. Snipe two others for 30 for WC? Great. I take that over the old Empoleon's 40 on one for the same cost any day.
 
Please ignore my other post. I should'nt say anything becuase we have'nt tested this card out yet. But yeah. . . . We need to test it.
 
This ones better with DRE. Attach the DRE then you do nothing to your benched pokemon if your flip tails, and you still do 90 damage. Of course it's only 20-20 to two then.
 
I still don't know the best versions of Piplup and Priplup to use with this (and whether Empoleon Lv. X is still worth it) but I think an excellent companion with this card is Phione to get it out quickly (with a few Scrambles on the side). Can't wait for the prerelease!

What difference does it make putting grass pokemon on your bench? It will still do damage to em cause the attack reads: Flip a coin. If tail, this attack does 10 damage to each of your bench pokemon (Don't apply weakness and Resistance for benched pokemon) So, whats the difference with grass types?!

Ra2xse, I already posted a Empoleon/Glaceon LV.X with Vaporeon Tech deck for the same purpose, check the deck out, its in my Sig. I believe the DP Prinplup is the BEST to use, because it Spreads damage faster and is MORE Efficient. The NEW Piplup is the better one, in MY opinion, because it can do a Possible 20 damage, BUT the DP one is still a great choice. I REALLY like this card A LOT , and it combos SO WELL with the DP Empo. I plan on running a 2/2 Chain of each in almost all my Empoleon decks. This, with a FEW Holon WPs of course, can help Empo DP level out the G/G matchup a bit, which is Great in MY opinion, so I cant wait to Run him at all the Future Tourneys I will attend. He just makes Empo DP SO much better.

Blue Snake.

This looks pretty good, the 10 damage threat to self is annoying and it might be the thing that makes it unplayable, but then again one may just use the 1st attack continuously and only risk self-damage when a OHKO is needed.

Pancake. It's almost Penake, which is both words combined. And, a pancake is a real word. :rolleyes:

The card: 30-30 spread can be amazing, especially with Omastar coming out. 30-30 big threats, play Omastar, KO 2 Pokemon at once, possibly 3 if the 2nd attack scores a KO as well. That's 2-3 Prizes in one go, then Empoleon can hold it's own for a while, and you can have other Omastars hidden up your sleeve. It also pretty much does 100 damage for 3 Energy, but if you get Tails, it could be bad. Plus, after 30 damage, 100 is enough to OHKO almost everything in the format, so that could work. I'd play 3 of these and a tech DP Empo, or Empo Lv.X, depending on the deck. I think it will be playable, maybe even Archetype, but I don't know.

Pancake isn't a deck name, its a breakfast item.
