What Happened to Pokemon Reversal?

At first it was Gust of wind.
Then it was changer to pokemon reversal.
as long as i can remember four cards have always been in the game/format
Switch
Super Scoop Up
Energy Removal/2
and Gust of wind/Pokemon reversal

This season we still have not gotten it back? I coulda swore it was going to be in a pop set or even a
trainer kit.
Was this done on purpose? Or is it just an oversight?

We still have Warp Point. Perhaps its not as heavily disruptive as those aforementioned cards, but its done the trick for me on more than one occasion.

While we are at it, where the heck is Rainbow Energy? That card was in the format forever, and NOW they decide to get rid of it? UGH.

Reversal was nice, but I wish they'd reprint Double Gust from Neo: Genesis.

Palkia LV.X's Restructure powr: is essentially the same thing.

It appears the Multi Energy is going to be the standard replacement for Rainbow Energy.

not really, with all the warp points ran in every deck. then there is Gardy Lv. X, Moonlight Stadium and a few other cards that help against it.

Reversal would have been AMAZING to have had before SW. Could you imagine competitionless Blissey (No Gallade for starters. No Magmortar (good version) either) with tricks like that? EW.
