I Need Help!!!!!

Okay, so I need to get some information on the Worlds events of this year.

I need to get a room and even though we are maybe 2 months early for ordering, I'd like to know about how much I'm going to be spending to stay there. I also have school and work during that time so I want to take off as little days as possible from that, so I don't want to stay from Wednesday to Monday. If possible, I saw that there was a group rates thing from last years worlds, and was wondering if it were possible to know if I could get the discount, but only be there for Friday through Monday?

I'd like to keep it as cheap as possible because I'm probably not going to have that much money and driving out for 3 days at a time is going to be a pain. (provided I can get past the LCQ) If at all, I'd want to go to the prerelease if I can't get past the LCQ and that would solve my problems. What could I do if I DO get past this LCQ and need a room? Any suggestions?

reading the worlds FAQ page and the link to the discounted rate at the hilton: IMO the 'check in dates' are the dates the discount rate is in effect, NOT that one has to stay through that entire period of time to get the discount.

be aware though: most hotel check-in times are in the afternoon. the grinder is starting at 9 am; if you're not checked into a hotel thursday you'll have to find something to do with your luggage while playing unless you have a vehicle to keep your bags in.

The Hilton is saying that there are no rooms available in the Pokemon block. I had a travel agent call this morning and I've been trying online for the past half hour.
