I need help making a deck: what I have so far

Reasoning
Well Im new to the game so this won't make much sense but I will do my best. The goal which is probably
obvious is to pull out either make phione your active bench a piplup or chimchar then evolve the obvious way... Or play one of those as your active and use constant trainer cards to search out the evolujtions and if you don't draw the stage one use rare candy to go straight to stage 2

1) i see you are trying to tap into the Ball Engine, i really dislike this engine. In this deck, which is almost to spread out (No techs and two diffrent types) using that kind of engine is not that great.

Add; Drawing Power(Claydol most likely)
Get Rid of; Empo. Line, it completly out of place, unless Mag. is the one that you want to go.
Add; A tech or something, not just the line

Dont know what else to say, but the list need work.

No need for big type.
Let's see 2 types isn't that great and your setup engine is not that great. Try this for Trainers/Supporters
4 Rare Candy
4 Celio's Network
3 Steven's Advice
(To be honest I can't think of the most common Trainer/Supporter lists sorry but you can look at the decks forum for those.)

Pokemon you should just go Infernape or Magmortar but they will need Typlosion from the DP sets. Phione goes in almost any deck for a lot of evo's.
Claydol goes in a lot of decks just watch out for pesky Palkia.
