I've been wanting to build a fun unlimited deck for a long time now and I finally came up with a decent deck. It's a vileplume / aerodactyl lockdown deck. I don't have all of the cards yet but I'm working on it.

Here it is :
Pokemon :14
4 vileplume ex
1 gloom
4 oddish (uf)
2 aerodactyl (fossil)
3 cleffa

energy :11
4 double colorless
7 grass

trainers :35
3 strange cave
4 bill
2 pro elm’s training method
4 energy removal
2 super energy removal
3 computer search
2 gust of wind
4 rare candy
3 erika
3 item finder
2 imposter oak’s revenge
2 challenge
1 giant stump

Strategy : Get a vileplume ex out active turn 1 if possible, then try to get an aerodactyl out as soon as possible (hopefully turn 1 or 2) to lockdown the opponent so they only have supporters and basics left .

Most of the time I get a vileplume and an aerodactyl out turn 1 or 2.

Any fixes appreciated!

i personally don't think dactyl is needed. i would run
4-1-4 vileplume ex
4 cleffa

7 Grass
4 DCE

4 Prof Oak
3 Item finder
4 Computer Search
4 Rare Candy
1 Wind Storm(cess beats you)
4 Pokemon Trader
4 Energy Removal
3 Super Energy removal
4 Gust
2 Town Voltenteers
2 Rockets Admin
1 Switch

should always get out your stuff in like on second

Do what Captian said, but add a second switch and try to fit one or two Lasses in there. Lass lets you Trainer Lock the same turn you Eeeeeeek.

I don't know, this is my crazy Vilplume ex deck:

Default Vileplume ex
I'm trying to fix up this Vileplume ex deck a little bit. The idea is to get Vileplume ex out T1 and lock them with Block Dust. The back up plan is to punish large hands with Vileplume d and Mawile. Roselia is for mirror matches.
I'm looking for a smoother trainer line set up. Holon's Electrode is for Vileplume d.

Pokemon: 13

3 Vileplume ex (Hidden Legends)
1 Vileplume d (Holon Phantoms)
1 Bellossom (Hidden Legends)
4 Oddish (Hidden Legends)
1 Scyther (Jungle)
1 Mawile (Power Keepers)
1 Roselia (Legend Maker)
1 Holon's Electrode (Delta Species)

Trainers: 37

1 Oracle (Skyridge)
3 Computer Search (Base Set)
4 Prof. Oak (Base Set)
4 Erika (Gym Heroes)
4 Bill (Base Set)
2 Bill's Teleporter (Neo Genesis)
2 Swoop! Teleporter (TRR)
1 Speed Stadium (DP)
4 Rare Candy (Great Encounters)
4 Gust of Wind (Base Set)
1 Secret Mission (Gym Heroes)
1 Windstorm (Crystal Guardians)
1 Prof. Rowan (DP)
1 Rocket's Admin (TRR)
2 Item Finder (Base Set)
1 Switch (Base Set)
1 Pokemon Retriever (TRR)

Energy: 10

6 Grass Energy
4 ** Energy

Instead of Windstorm you can play Aerodactyl ex (Sandstorm). If you want to attack with Vileplume ex 1st turn if you go second, you can play 1-0-1 Meganium ex (Unseen Forces), although it'll have to be less teched.

If I can get an aerodactyl ex I'll add it. The meganium is possible, so I'll try it.
