Do you guys think this deck is NATIONAL READY?:biggrin:

all opinions are valued..even if you say it stinks :lol:

i use weavile for his poke power (all non dark pokemon are now dark) and his free attack of getting 2 dark energy and attaching them

the strategy is kind of very hard to explain.. i really dont even know how to describe it in words haha..but at indiana reginals it was very affective only loosing twice... well once...cuz i got lost and missed registration :p haha

ya they are i just like him for his free attack of 2 attached energys..i dont play him unless i start with a sneasel

he also could be used as a staller and while stalling i could build up one of my x's

Weavile is a good set up card, it can help get out those energies, though I find that they aren't that useful in my deck, I think I might take them out.

But yes, this deck has done very well for me, though I don't run the super scoop ups, ou might want to consider two more warp points in stead, and the best tech Pokemon to use in this deck is Claydol, they will work expecially well with your Galactic Mars and Wagers. You might also think about 2 Sidney's Stadium instead of the speed stadium. Another good Supporter for this deck is Professor Oaks Visit. Good luck fitting all that in! :) :)

I wouldn't run speed stadium in a deck that is designed to make sure your opponent has no hand

i only run speed stadium for the chance that if a stadium that i dont want out gets put out by an opponent i can get rid of it

Back to back posts merged. The following information has been added:

dark star - thanks for the input i can see what i can do haha

You are welcome, good luck against G&G, this is the last year that they will be a true thorn in our decks' sides. After the scrambles and double rainbows are gone for good, the set up for G&G will be longer, and this deck will have a fighting chance.

why do u have smeargle, u already have weavile for energy grabbing, why would u need another card. also fit in an absol, maybe 4, that would make the deck better at disruption.

-2 Smeargle
-2 Speed Stadium

+1 Warp Point
+1 Windstorm
+2 Night Maintenance

Smeargle is unneccessary when you could use Weavile to Search AND attach in one move.
You don't need to run this stadium just to get rid of an opponent's stadium, as you already have 2 Moonlight and a Windstorm for that, and Moonloght is actually advantageous for you. Speed Stadium is bad, as it gives you and your opponent the exact same advantage, which doesn't progress you much.
Only 1 Warp/Windstorm is a weak combination.
You NEED Night Maintenance to get back cards. As the game progresses, you will find your spare Murkrow and Darkrai in the discard, and just 1 TSD, which is flippy, is a little too little.

Despite the fact that I do not like Dark Pokemon particularly this deck is awesome and definitely Nationals ready. However the attack costs are expensive and the damage dealt is below average compared to Leafeon, Infernape, Garchomp, Empoleon, Blaziken, Togekiss, Magmortar and Dusknoir decks. Despite the lack of power the deck idea itself is very clever and I respect your intelligent thinking to find impressive new tactics. I personally understand the tactics of the deck completely.

Fire type pokemon are awesome!:fire::fire::fire::fire::fire::fire:
:lol::thumb::redface::smile::tongue::wink:
I am not very good at deciding what trainers and energy to place in a deck, but I would play three Darkrai from Majestic Dawn and four Murkrow from Secret Wonders in terms of changes to the Pokemon involved. Hope you respect the advice mate, it's the best I can give for such a brilliant deck!

^Why does it matter if you like/dislike a pokemon type???
that has no use to the thread.

A N Y W A Y!

Looks nice, I would suggest putting in a Scott since you have 4 Stadiums, also Maybe try to put in a Crystal Shard because Garchomp decks are going to be seen at nationals and it could give you that extra pop against it

You're acting as if this is a completely new deck idea.

take out smeargle and mawhile ...max out roseannes...put in more draw 2 get energys and watever u might need...put in sidneys stadium and wigglytuff so u can put him on the bench and use him as a sleep sniper 2 help darkrai..possibly take out speed stadium for that...maybe run 1 darkrai lvlx and put in 2 darkrai GE and one MD....just a thought......

all responses are respected..i like to keep smeargle in just for the sheer fact that he is a basic that can get 3 energy..i will try the crystal shard idea because it is inevitable to happen..i might add 1 more night maitenence..thank you all very much :)..keep adding things on to here..

and the taking out a lv. x i have tryed befor..and i ended up loosing a game at regionals because of it.. so i always stick to a 2-2 approach..thanks for the idea tho and it is well appresheated..
