i need some help iwth my lucario

hello people of pokegym, i need a great move set for a lucario. here are his stats/moves/other things.

Hardy nature
Somewhat vain

level 39
111 hp
103 attack
76 defense
99 special attack
79 special defense
84 speed

inner focus ability

psychic
rock climb (needed)
aua sphere
blaze kick

any EV training sugestions and move sugestions are welcome.
 
Well, if it LV 39, I'm sure it has some EVs somewhere. You should breed for on then figure out IVs. You should also get creative at the EVs also.

He's saying, because it's lv. 39, it must already have some EVs, so you can't really max out EVs in any stats, since you already have a good bit in random stats. (unless you use the EV clearing berries to get rid of them) But you're better off just breeding and getting a better one, in fact you need to breed it to get Crunch, which is pretty much a necessity. And Rock Climb has to go.

So you're should try to get:
Jolly Nature
Steadfast Ability
EVs: 252 Atk, 252 speed, 4 HP
Moveset:
Close Combat
Crunch
ExtremeSpeed
Swords Dance
Item: Focus Sash

How did you get this Lucario? Did you EV train it?

Also, Hardy isn't much of a decent Nature for Lucario. He's either good for Atk or SpAtk. Sometimes Timid or Modest or Adamant.

Thats what I was getting at. Don't use other sites for making Pokemon/teams. Just use what works for you. Although people don't like the random, it helps to be different. It catches opponents off guard and thats a god thing. Just look at your options for Lucario, see what it learns and go from there and EV it accordingly. Yeah, the other sites give you everything, but be original. Too many players here aren't original and it makes game more fun when things are random and not set. Just experiment with Lucario and see what works for you.
 
um...how else will OP know what attacks to give Lucario if OP isn't using another site to confirm a moveset is possible?

He can use them for that, but just copying everything is not cool. You play to make something your own. Yeah those are good moves but everyone and their mothers use those Lucarios.

i am an expert at friendship evolution and can help with that. go to the elite 4, give the riolu an exp. share, it should evolve there. if not, give it a soothe bell and run around battling with it. also, give it lots of vitamins and stuff. also, i don't need a lucario now, but thanks for the options when i need one.
