Discard 3 energy attached to Ultra Latios.Look at the bottom card of your discard pile.If it is a trainer, this attack does 80 +20 more damage. If it is a pokemon, this attack does 80 damage and the defending pokemon is affected by any special condition of your choice.If it is an energy, this attack does 80 damage and discard the top 5 cards of your opponents deck.

Sigh, so many names, all broken cards.
If this is supost to be a new concept, try doing loads more Pokemon and complimentary trainers, energy, ect.
 
The discard pile thing wouldn't work. There's no rule that says you can't shuffle etc your discard pile. But anyway, cool new concept.

its not at all broken tho because you need 5 energies.
remove the 300 hp not even a Wailord has that much

but u can almost get an aoutomatic paralize every time. discard 3 energy,,, is it a basicc? if so the pokepower:cant use more than once every turn? 300 hp still broken. 3 weakness but still no much stsuff can do too much damage...
 
This thing can survive long enough that it will ko every one of your opponenets pokemon even if you are putting damage on it through Blasty ex.
 
You can use its PokePower (Which should be a PokeBody) and abuse. I say 4 of this card is a must! Play with Blastoise SW and Dawn Stadium. Alos play 4 Super Scoop Up and 4 Potions so you opponent would just give up the game. Make the Body unstackable and change the Discard effect because of shuffling.
