Bleh, as I see it, the whole fossil trainer/pokemon debate is... Debateable...
So, I will allow the maker to choose whether they consider it a trainer or a pokemon. Include it if you wish. If a 'hollow' doesn't have a fossil trainer unevolvement, I will allow you to make one. Or if you make a fossil, the finisher may choose not to use it, but if they want a fossil they must use the one in the 'hollow'.
Anyway, I've been busy lately, so that's all I'll say for now. QUOTE]
**Note the new fossil rule is printed verbatim from an Old Amber card, and I just realized that it no longer says that a fossil can not attack, I did not notice that change before... so I guess I will have to steal a classic attack from the previous contest.

At any time durring your turn before you attack, you may discard Armor Fossil from play. (This dosen't count as a knocked out Pokemon)
Poké-POWER Phase Shield
During your turn if Armor Fossil on your bench you may use this Power. Discard all cards attatched to Armor Fossil and attatch Armor Fossil as a Pokemon tool to any of your Pokemon in play that does not already have a tool attatched. Whenever a Pokemon with Armor Fossil attatched to it is damaged by an attack, you flip a coin. If heads you may choose to place up to the first 40 damage onto Armor Fossil, any damage in excess of 40 is then applied to the Pokemon and Armor Fossil is discarded. If the Armor Fossil Tool has 30 or less damage on it, it remains attatched, and can be used again until the 40 total damage limit is reached.
