I know that blissey is a wonderful card and has much potential and everything but why hasn't it won anything since GG, PLox, Emp and other cards have came out. What can it do to be better. What can you put in it. I think that people have gotten away from because they just say," It can't be Plox,".

The major thing that killed the deck was the advent of GG.

Gallade being fighting just makes it too easy to OHKO Blisseys. However, I still think Blissey can be decent in the format, as 130 HP is beastly, and while it is here, Holon FF helps tremendously. And, Chansey having 100 HP helps vs Empoleon/Omastar.

Jimmy Ballard got 12th at nats with banbliss. Blissey can beat gardy/gallade, it just needs to make gallade flip more prizes then it should. ;)

Blissey MUST be played with Cessation Crystal, first off.
That is the ONLY way it can handle GG/Plox.
Crystal Beach can also fit in the deck for an even greater advantage against GG/Plox and Holon FF stops weakness.
Combining it with Shuckle is also a good idea if you aren't playing Crystal Beach. Shuckle forces the GG player to waste as many as 3 turns charging up a pokemon without special energy cards just to kill a 60 HP pokemon.

There will be GG next season. Until something can really change its overall power, it will have staying power!! If AMU and Mewtwo decks stat popping up, GG will still be the play as it cna handle both.... It will take a real power to overturn this strength and it can be done, but just not yet!

banbliss never seems to work for me. My list is so awful.
I know it's 4-4 blissey 3-3 banette but my trainers and energies are all wrong.
If any of you have a great list you will like to share please do
I will be very thankful
