1st Canadian Nationals held in Vancouver, BC finished a great success.

Thanks to all the staff, judges, and especially Steve R. for putting on a great event. And a huge thank-you to PUI for bringing Nats to Vancouver!!

I'll leave it to the players to post their own decks.

Congratulations to all the players, and see everybody at WORLDS!

Dexter P. 1805.62 (69th Going In)
Zach Lesage 1803.84 (71 Going In)= Couldn't make it
Kevin Lee 1799.02 (79th Going In)

I have info on two of them could you fill in the other 2

Just walked in the door getting back from nationals

Some of the decks that made top cut for Master
every variation of a G&G deck – Geneses had that covered :wink:
couple Empoleon
couple Magmortar / Togekiss
Garchomp – my favorite :biggrin:
Torterra / Septile

why is there no "Nationals" under Tournaments and Organized Play ?????????????

they both have invites to worlds already

they had too much to risk if they lost!

NO BDA in the top 4????? bummer bud. I wanted to stick around to watch the playoffs but after my run in with a very very rude head judge I chose to leave as my day was kinda ruined after that. No place for rudeness IMO and showed very little class for a judge in a high caliber event. =/ Couldn't even get a proper ruling on a card and the judge of the age group didn't even give the correct ruling as DRE does affect the damage of magmortars fireball bazooka's bench damage and he said it did not......Head judge??? Oh wait he will scream at us for asking a simple ruling qestion......:nonono: Sour grapes??? I don't think so.

Congrats to those who did make it to worlds though as I hada great time meeting alot of you from Ontario and Alberta and always a pleasure to meet up with those in Vancouver.:smile:

Is there any way we can get scans posted or a file we can download with the final overall standings? I like to know what my official place was :)
