Attention all gamers (TCG, video gamers, board gamers, etc.) in the Lawrenceville, GA area.

The Tower Games & Comics store in Lawrenceville is hosting an All-weekend Gaming event starting Friday, July 11 thru Sunday, July 13. The doors will remain open the entire time.

There will be board games, video games (360 and Wii), and TCG games, free play and tournaments.

Here are a few of the highlighted tournaments that will be hosted:
Friday:
7pm - Super Smash Bros Tournament.

Saturday:
12pm - Yu-Gi-Oh Tournament for a box of boosters. ($10 entry fee)
5pm - Pokemon Tournament for a box of boosters. ($10 entry fee)
8pm - Rock Band Tournament on the Xbox 360 ($10 entry fee)
(3-person & 4-person groups) (bring your own controllers because store provided controllers will be limited and may be a deposit)

There will be also many players with their DS consoles there so there can be locally set up matches of Mario Kart DS, Pokemon D&P, etc.

For more info, go to this website: www.thetowergames.com

Email Andrew or leave me a message if you have any questions. It looks to be a blast.

Wow. I just moved up here a week ago from FL and was searching for the tournament scene. I emailed Andrew last night so hopefully I'll be there this weekend.

Welcome. I certainly hope to see you there. I normally arrive around 11am, when he opens, to help out with anything he needs, but since this weekend is starting on Friday and going thru Sunday, I will be there earlier on Saturday. I am probably not going there on Friday. The only reason I would go on Friday would be SSBB, but those guys are intense and I am not nearly as good as they are.

I will definitely be there earlier on Saturday to set up the Yu-Gi-Oh tournament, since I am the TO for it. I am also bringing board games with me and the 360 for the Rock Band tourney, which I think I am also running. I hope to know more about that soon. My fiance will be there for the Pokemon tourney and I will also be playing in that.

It is going to be a blast.

Closed because this is already in electronic games, which seems to be the best spot for it.
