There will be board games, video games (360 and Wii), and TCG games, free play and tournaments.

Here are a few of the highlighted tournaments that will be hosted:

12pm - Yu-Gi-Oh Tournament for a box of boosters. ($10 entry fee)
5pm - Pokemon Tournament for a box of boosters. ($10 entry fee)
8pm - Rock Band Tournament on the Xbox 360 ($10 entry fee)
(3-person & 4-person groups) (bring your own controllers because store provided controllers will be limited and may be a deposit)

Email Andrew or leave me a message if you have any questions. It looks to be a blast.

What set is the box of? MD?

I am unsure which set it is from, but I assume it is from MD. The owner of our shop is very generous and normally gives out newer stuff at his big events. I will be sure to ask him when he contacts me with answers to a few other questions I asked.

I'd go the whole day but I plan on running in the 5K at Tribble Mill Park that morning ;x

BTW I live in Grayson

Anyway, any chance people there would let me borrow some cards for my deck? I really haven't played competitively since 2004 and have kind of just dabbled in the game off and on since then. I did play in a BR this year when I lived in FL. Also, any idea as to what the turnout will be? I love big events.

I am unsure if people will allow their cards to be borrowed. I cannot speak for them because we have players coming from all around. However, I am sure there will be trading and the shop owner has singles and boosters for sale. I have some I can lend for the day, but not that many because my fiance and I share our cards.

Unless Andrew gives out shirts like he did last year, I will be wearing a Yu-Gi-Oh Hobby League Champion T-shirt. Just hunt me down or ask someone there where I am and I am sure they can steer you to me.

Sounds great.

I'll be wearing my NY Mets that I don't go anywhere without. I'm sure you'll notice me considering we're in Braves territory. hahah I love GA. ;x

If the Yu-Gi-Oh booster box tourney is still in session, which it very well may be if we have a good turnout, then I won't be hard to miss. I will be sitting at the laptop at one of the tables.
