Don't know if some of the cards in this deck come out but I thought it is a cool new Magmortar-ish deck.
It might need some work so any nice advice is appreciated.

----------
Pokemon
----------
3-3 Rapidash IFDS
3-2-2 Magmortar SW/Magmortar LV.X
2-2 Heatran LV.X
2-2 Claydol GE

Total: 21

---------
Trainers
---------
4 Poke-Drawer+
2 Premier Balls
3 Roseanne's
3 Bebe's
1 Luxury Ball
2 Night Maintenance
4 Warp Point
4 Bubble Coat
4 PokeBlower+

Total: 27
--------
Energy
--------
12 Basic :fire:

Total: 12

Strategy:
Get out Heatran LV.X ASAP before attacking with Rapidash or Magmortar due to it's restoring Poke-Power and it's Heat Metal Poke-Body.
Then, start Sniping with Rapidash and to easily Burn the opponent.
While doing that, start charging Magmortar up on the Bench and after 1 or 2 Rapidash are KO'd, start Sniping with Magmortar LV.X while also Burning them with it's Poke-Power.
Play 1 or 2 Poke-Drawer+ and Luxury Ball to get them in the discard pile and use Marley's wish to re-play them up to 4 times in order to search for 2/3 needed cards. again.

Translations:
--------------------------------
Ponyta LV.11 – Fire – HP50
Basic Pokemon

[C] Kick Off: 10 damage.
[R][C] Agility: 20 damage. Flip a coin, if heads prevent all effects of attacks, including damage, done to Ponyta during your opponent’s next turn.

Weakness: Water (+10)
Resistance: none
Retreat: 1
---------------------------
Rapidash LV.43 – :fire: – HP80
Stage 1 – Evolves from Ponyta

Poke-Body: Burning Mane
If this Pokemon is your Active Pokemon and is damaged by an opponent’s attack (even if its HP is reduced to 0), the attacking Pokemon is now Burned.

[C][C] Rear Kick: 30 damage.
[R][R] Leaping Flames: Discard 2 Fire Energy attached to Rapidash, and do 60 damage to 1 of your opponent’s Pokemon.

Weakness: Water (+20)
Resistance: none
Retreat: 0
----------------------------

Heatran LV.47 – Fire – HP100
Basic Pokemon

Poke-Power: Flash Fire
You can use this Power once during your turn. Choose 1 Fire Energy attached to your Pokemon and move it to this Pokemon. This Power can't be used if this Pokemon is affected by a Special Condition.

[R][R][C][C] Magma Storm: 40 damage. You may discard any number of Basic Energy attached to Heatran. If you do, do an additional 20 damage for each Energy card you discarded.

Weakness: Water (x2)
Resistance: none
Retreat: 4
-------------------------------
Heatran LV.X – :fire: – HP120
Level Up

Poke-Body: Heat Metal
Even if your opponent’s Burned Pokemon Evolve, Devolve, or Level Up, the Burn isn’t removed. In between turns, treat all of your opponent’s Burn flips as tails.

Poke-Power: Heat Wave
You can use this Power once at the end of your turn, if this Pokemon is on your Bench. Choose up to 2 Basic Energy cards that were discarded by the attack of your Fire-type or Steel-type Active Pokemon on this turn, and reattach them to that Pokemon.

Weakness: Water (x2)
Resistance: none
Retreat: 4
---------------------------------
Luxury Ball – Trainer

Search your deck for 1 Pokemon card (excluding Pokemon LV.X), show it to your opponent, and put it in your hand. Shuffle your deck afterward.

If there’s already a card named Luxury Ball in your discard pile, you can’t play this card.
---------------------------------
Pokedrawer + – Trainer

You can play 2 copies of this card at the same time.
If you play 1 copy, draw 1 card from your deck.
If you play 2 copies, search your deck for up to 2 cards and put them in your hand. Shuffle your deck afterward. (This counts as the effect of both cards.)
----------------------------------
Marley's Wish – Supporter

Search your discard pile for 2 in any combination of Trainer, Supporter, and Stadium cards with different names, show them to your opponent and have your opponent choose 1. Put the chosen card in your hand, and discard the remaining card.

(If all of the Trainer, Supporter, and Stadium cards in your discard pile have the same name, choose 1 of them, show it to your opponent, and put it in your hand.)

You can only use 1 Supporter card during your turn. To use it, place it next to your Active Pokemon and discard it at the end of your turn.
---------------------------------
PokeBlower+ - Trainer

You can play 2 copies of this card at the same time.
If you play 1 copy, flip a coin. If heads, put 1 damage counter on 1 of your opponents Pokemon.
If you play 2 copies, you may choose 1 of your opponents Benched Pokemon and switch it with the Defending Pokemon.

Thank you for liking it.

I just looked at the cards on PokeBeach and I thought it had to be workable.
Ofcourse, doing 100 damage with Mag LV.X per turn is great too!

Tough, since it's almost impossible to get Energy in the discard with Heatran LV.X's :ppowr: , I wonder if I should do something about the amount of energy...

Technical Machine TS-1?

PokeBlower+?

SO,

-1 Luxury Ball
-4 Marly's
-3 Switch

+4 TM TS-1
+4 PokeBlower+

Interesting idea, if you wanted, you could take out a few Fire Energy for another 1-1 Claydol line and Bubble Coats.

I really like the combo with heatren and rapidash.. good thinking. -1 switch + 1 Bebe's and maybe find a way to add some straight draw like Felecitys or oaks visit.

Just a reminder, you can't Flame Buster contuniously, read it's effect.

DOH! I forget that. But you can atleast still spread damage with Fireball Bazooka or do heavy damage with it's first attack. That should easily compensate for that.

I have edited the whole Trainer line. It now includes more Warp Points, Bubble Coats and PokeBlower+.
I have also thinned the Rapidash line to add 1-1 Claydol.

Instead of Switch, use Warp Point becasue MAgmortar X can snipe.

And so does Rapidash. It Snipes 60 for just 2 frickin energy! Combined with Heatran LV.X, it a great defensive card due to it's Burning Mane Poke-Body.

Thank you for liking it. Well I just edited the Trainer line and the thing is, I don't have enough space for receycle cards. I only have 2 NM and that's it. I do have upped the Claydol line though. I hope that in combination with PokeDrawer+, it will compensate for the draw power.

I'd rather use Infernape MD instead of Magmortar. You could do 120 every turn and only discard 1 energy
Personally instead of a 3-2-2 mag i'd do 2-1-2 ape with 2 candys

You do know you'd have to discard 3 THREE :fire: in order to actually DO 120 damage....
Besides, it does not Snipe like Rapidash and Magmortar.

Yup, and it's fast 2! Besides, you'd have to spend the energy of the turn on Infernape and with the lack of recycle cards, I do prefer it this way. Rapidash is Heatran LV.X's Soul mate when it comes to this strategy.

i like the concept, but i dont like the fact that you have no call energy or a starter. except with Rapidash all of your pokemon have 2+ retreat cost, so a counter pokeblower could hurt you (even w/ your 4 Warps..) i think Rapidash is a rlly nice card, and im curious to see how this does, but i would suggest some pachirisu, or Chatot, something to start you off.

Hmmmm, you d have many points there........
The thing is, I really don't know what to change about the Trainer line and I don't want to cut down the :fire: energy since I have to get the fast in order to get going....:frown:

absolutely, 12 fire is not enough......

Now that we have that information, do you have any suggestions what to remove from the trainer line?

NOTE: I'm going to ask if I can make and play this deck using proxy's on my league.
Because I have the feeling that playing this deck will make much more points clear then just looking
at the list and say 'those cards won't work very well' and such.

I have tested this deck at the local league using a lot of proxy's and I am surprised how speedy it is. I have played against some random kids with starter decks and against a more seasoned player using a Poison deck. It's annoying to be Poisoned but this deck does beats the heck out of it when set up.

Since it's hard to get Heatran LV.X out due to it's Bleeping Retreat, I try to start with Ponyta and Evolve it to Rapidash for the free retreat. Then all you need to do is to wait for a Warp Point when you want to LV.X Heatran.
Retreat Rapidash, send Heatran out, Level him up, Warp Point and start Sniping. Although 2 Claydol really help out, I have not encountered any problems....yet.

Any ideas or improvements like what to replace Mayley's Wish?
