Jirachi wing pattern

Hey guys. As many of you know, Im a hardcore Jirachi fan, and I am in the process of making a Jirachi costume for myself.

I would love any help with a pattern for the wings that he has on his back.

I would like to try to get them to stay within a 12X18 inch boundary.

Any help is appreciated.

Now if were a Pikachu costume, that would be completly different.
