I gave POP all of my flight/hotel information after the week I came back after nats and they still havent gotten back to me about my flight & hotel. I gave my info on the travel pokemon site. Is it taking everybody else who won paid trips this long to get their info as well? I havent received any emails nor phone calls and I need help contacting pop. I prefer phone over email. Thx..Holla at me!

They get really busy with stuff just email them. I had to send my travel stuff in like 3 times and send 5 emails before we finally got it all worked out.

The have been really busy. They had Nationals and then on consective weekends in LA and NY the Video Game Showdown Qualifers. I never recieved a confirmation but I did see my name being bolded. I expect that they will contact you pretty soon. I would suggest email them as Jay stated.

I am more interested about the supposed packet that we were/are supposely suppose to get through the mail. If I remember correct the email did say that we would be getting a packet through the mail. I want some nice luggage tags.

Unfortuanately the travel company prefers to do things by email. It is much easier on them to expect you to read a printed doccument with the arrival/departure times and flights then to try and relay this information over the phone. (where there is the additonal possiblility that you accidentily reverse a couple of digits on your flight number or departure time.) Plus you can always print out a copy in a couple of weeks to make sure you get on the right flight at the correct time.

Also, to add to pokeMATHter's post...if you use AOL for email, sometimes they kick POP's emails to spam. Check your folder....it may be there. The emails on flight info are time sensitive.

Gino,

I would contact POP as soon as possible. I completed the travel registration on Saturday and email came today for the travel arrangements. Do it quick Gino, communication might have been lost.
