Rhyperior Lv.X and Mewtwo Lv.X in tins?

Has anybody else heard that Mewtwo Lv.X and Rhyperior Lv.X will be coming out in tins? Right now it's just rumor and there's no hard evidence to back it up, but I'll take it more seriously if someone else can provide evidence. Are there any consistencies between them and, say, Lucario Lv.X?
 
Uh..there is hard evidence of it. They are pictures of the tins on the PokeBeach, and you could find them on the Pokegym too. Here you go. Here's an eBay auction for them.
 
There's no logical reason for them to come in tins; there was no alternate art of them in Japan like there was of Lucario/Infernape/Torterra/Empoleon/Palkia/Dialga. There was no alt art of Darkrai either, but they made some so he could go with Palkia/Dialga.
I think it's more likely we'll get tins of PorygonZ, Garchomp, and... well, Heatran isn't out yet. But PorygonZ and Garchomp are both out and have alt art.
 
Time has passed for MD tins B_T. Just because something doesn't seem possible doesn't mean it isn't going to happen. Things change, and we don't know if things are going to happen or not until they happen.

With pictures of the tins on eBay, I feel it's a pretty clear sign that those tins will be coming out.

Yeah, it does seem that way, considering the fact that there's even artwork done for the tins themselves.
I dunno about the art, though - I think they'll probably come out with new art that hasn't been in Japan yet, like they did with the starter trio. It would be incredibly lame for them to use the same art as LA.
 
B_T, I think the tins are exactly what we see on eBay, the same exact art as the LA ones. I know it's never happened before, but there is a first for everything.

This Is Way Too Easy, I read on here that the Heatran and Regigigas were the lv.Xs in IFDS and they were coming out in December.
 
IFDS comes out in Nov., tins come out Dec.,they'll be the lv.x's.

I am quotting water pokemon master on the information on the gigas and heatran tins since the pictures on the tins are the rare versions of gigas and heatran in the new set.

did you notice the description of the Fall and Winter tins???!!! What packs they come with???!?!

Dragon Frontiers?! really?! that cant be right. Diamond and pearl!.... come on we are 4 sets past that already.

And hey look at that it IS new artwork.
Come on, Prime, you should've known they wouldn't just reprint the LA cards exactly. There might be a first for everything, but that would just be incredibly lame. Also, the tins have always had placeholder images when they're first revealed - it's really no surprise that the LA art was placeholder.

Mewtwo's head is ugly but the rest of the picture is hawt.

Also: Why are they shoving PK and DF packs in these tins? They're useless... :( :( :(

Those tins we will be getting in December, feat "Regigiggas" and "Heatran" will really be

Regigiggas LV.X
Heatran LV.X

Logic.

December is right after we get our next set DP6
Both Regigiggas LV.X and Heatran LV.X have ALT art cards in Japan
Preliminary Tin pictures, as we all know, are just place holders.
There haven't been tins release without LV.X

so lets hear it "yeaahhhh" for getting 2 more cool LV.X's in tins (supposedly)
 
There has been Tins with non-lv.Xs. Before DP came out, there were premier tins that came with a regular Infernape, Torterra, Empoleon (non-lv.X) in them.

Also, I don't think there is an alt art lv.X of Regigigas, but there is one of Heatran.

But I agree with your thoughts.

I believe you're thinking of Chimchar, Turtwig, and Piplup. You may be confused because originally the non-lvX art of the three you mentioned was used as a placeholder for the lvX tins. But, it was the little forms that appeared in the pre-DP tins.

And I believe you're correct; there is no alt. art of Regigigas lvX.
 
We didn't, not that I knew those ever came out in Europe. Seems kinda unnecessary.

Anyway, really happy that these are real, and that the Level X's inside are different artwork, definitely gonna grab an extra Rhyperior for a deck idea.

As for Regigigas and Heatran? I'm expecting the high possibility of being Level X's from the next set, with Regigigas getting spiffy new artwork like Mewtwo and Rhyperior got, and Heatran being the alt artwork from Japan.
 
I'm still under the impression that we're going to get IFDS in its entirety in february and they'll do something like TRR in november - because if they pull another DP3/DP4 complete screwup on us again this year, they're losing a player.
