Okay, I'll post my ideas.

ENERGY :water:

Hydro Energy Special Energy Card

When the Pokémon this card is attached to is Knocked Out, return this card to your hand. Ignore this effect if the Pokémon that Hydro Energy is attached to isn't :water:. Hydro Energy provides :water: Energy. (Doesn't count as a basic Energy card.)

ENERGY :fire:

Heat Energy Special Energy Card

If the Pokémon Heat Energy is attached to is damaged by an opponent's attack, flip a coin. If heads, place 2 damage counter on the Attacking Pokemon. Ignore this effect if the Pokémon that Heat Energy is attached to isn't :fire:. Heat Energy provides :fire: Energy. (Doesn't count as a basic Energy card.)

ENERGY :grass:

Solar Energy Special Energy Card

If a Pokémon has at least 1 Solar Energy card attached to it, that Pokémon can't be Poisoned. If a Pokémon has at least 2 Solar Energy cards attached to it, that Pokémon can't be Burned. If a Pokémon has at least 3 Solar Energy cards attached to it, that Pokémon can't be affected by Special Conditions. If a Pokémon has 4 Solar Energy cards attached to it, prevent all effects of attacks, excluding damage, done to that Pokemon by your opponent's attacks. Ignore this effect if the Pokémon that Solar Energy is attached to isn't :grass:. Solar Energy provides :grass: Energy. (Doesn't count as a basic Energy card.)

ENERGY :lightning

Electric Energy Special Energy Card

The Pokémon Electric Energy is attached to gets +20 HP. Ignore this effect if the Pokémon that Electric Energy is attached to isn't :lightning. Electric Energy provides :lightning Energy. (Doesn't count as a basic Energy card.)

ENERGY :fighting:

Muscle Energy Special Energy Card

I don't know yet. Ignore this effect if the Pokémon that Muscle Energy is attached to isn't :fighting:. Muscle Energy provides :fighting: Energy. (Doesn't count as a basic Energy card.)

ENERGY :psychic:

Mind Energy Special Energy Card

Once during your turn, before you attack, you may move 1 damage counter from the Pokémon Mind Energy is attached to to 1 of your Pokémon or move 1 damage counter from 1 of your Pokémon to the Pokémon Mind Energy is attached to. Ignore this effect if the Pokémon that Mind Energy is attached to isn't :psychic:. Mind Energy provides :psychic: Energy. (Doesn't count as a basic Energy card.)

Need idea for [F]. Maybe lower Retreat Cost? Not sure
 
Oops, misread it, I though we all together had to make all six. I'll use my Hydro Energy then. Picture looks sort of like a Star Shine thing from Super Mario Sunshine, with what looks like triangles with circles on the end sticking out of it from behind, but it's blue, and has the :water: in the middle instead.

The picture is an ordinary :fire: Energy symbol, but there are heat waves in the red background. Yeah. Heatwaves.

Strategy: Naturally, it provides :fire:. which is good for :fire: Pokemon. Many :fire: Pokemon have attacks that require you to discard :fire: Energy, and a few of them require multiple Energy to be discarded. That's where this card is good. It provides both :fire: Energy for Fire Spin, Flames of Rage, Flame Kick, Volcanic Ash, Searing Flames, Blaze Roar, Power Crush, Flame Bluster, Flame Wheel, Burn Down, Devastate, Bright Flame, Flame Swirl, in addition to possibly saving you from having to discard for Ember, Fire Stream, Flamethrower, Flame Pillar, Fireworks, Flair Tail, Burning Fang, Burn Booster, Fire Blast, Burning Flame, Fire Stream, Burning Tail, Kindle, Burning Claw, Gallop, Blaze Up, Scorching Lava, Scorching Smoke, and Playing with Fire. That's a lot of attacks! Sure, this card is only really stackable using Burn Down, but if you're constantly discarding these things, you're going to need more than one.

How about......

Sneaky Energy for the :psychic: type.

When one of your pokemon attacks with a sneaky energy attatched to it flip a coin, if heads, you look at your opponent's hand and discard one card you find in there. Sneaky energy provides one :psychic: energy.

Broken. Discarding any card you like from your opponent's hand is amazing. If you manage to get 4 on 1 Pokemon, you could virtually discard your opponent's hand every turn. If the Pokemon uses an attack such as Pull Away, you leave your opponent with 1 or less cards a turn.
 
That makes in unstackable, which ruins the point of multiple Sneaky Energies. It should be stackable, but not stackably broken, like maybe flip a coin, if heads, choose 1 card in your opponent's hand (without looking) and discard it. Then you don't get to choose, and it only works have the time.

If the Pokemon Mind Energy is attached to is Psychic type, once during your turn you may move a damage counter, Special Condition, Pokemon Tool or Energy card from the Pokemon mind energy is attached to to one of your other Pokemon with a Mind Energy attached.

Frozen Enegy Special Eergy Card

Provides [W] energy

When the pokemon Frozen Energy attach to attacks, flip a coin. If head the Defending pokemon is paralyzed can't evolved or devolved.

Grass Energy

If this card is attach to a [G] pokemon, that pokemon have 20 extra HP

Fire Energy
Special Energy
If this card is attach to a [R] pokemon and that pokemon is damage by an attack, the attacking pokemon is now Burned .

Water Energy

If this card is attach to a [W] pokemon, prevent all effect of attack to the pokemon [W] energy is attached.

Lightning Energy

If this card is attach to a [L] pokemon, this energy provide [L][C].

If this card is attach to a [F] pokemon, that pokemon has free retreat cost.

If this card is attach to a [P] pokemon, the pokemon [P] energy is attached have no weakness.

Muscovy: Good ideas. The problem with Prediction Energy is that it is not stackable, so multiple would be useless. Mystic Energy's effect isn't very good, because you need 1 Energy to swap Energy, so you wouldn't use it much. Is Increase Energy stackable or not?

wally: The Frozen Energy is too good, if you use an attack that could already Paralyze, you Paralyze them 3/4 of the time, and leave them unable to (d)evolve half the time. If it is stackable, having 4 could mean auto win. If it is not stackable, then multiple is useless. Fire Energy is not stackable at all. Water Energy is too good, that takes WP and a basic [W]. Lightning Energy is too good, 2 Energy on a Basic, with one being [L], that's better than the great Double Colorless Energy. Fighting Energy isn't stackable, and again, is like WP with a baisc [P]. Psychic Energy isn't stackable either, and is FF with a basic [R] Energy.

I probably didn't word them right, but they're all meant to be. Prediction could be stacked, but unless they use drawpower you can only take advantage of one.
And I can't see a big limitation in Mystic Energy.

It is what it is because water evaporates, and [W] Pokemon often do return Energy to the hand. Should I make this explanation longer?

Final submission. I'm not going to actually make the picture though.

It's basicly to do things like put special energyies on, or take off an energy that was only needed ATM.
 
I forget to add the other effect.

You can't attach this energy to a pokemon that already have the same energy attach to it.

Um, that makes no sense. This is supposed to mirror Darkness and Metal Energy in some way. That doesn't. They can be attached to LvXs. They can have 4 in one deck.
