Translations thanks to Pokebeach:

Heatran LV.X – Fire – HP120
Level Up

Poke-Body: Heat Metal
Even if your opponent’s Burned Pokemon Evolve, Devolve, or Level Up, the Burn isn’t removed. In between turns, treat all of your opponent’s Burn flips as tails.

Poke-Power: Heat Wave
You can use this Power once at the end of your turn, if this Pokemon is on your Bench. Choose up to 2 Basic Energy cards that were discarded by the attack of your Fire-type or Steel-type Active Pokemon on this turn, and reattach them to that Pokemon.

Weakness: Water (x2)
Resistance: none
Retreat: 4

Pokedrawer + – Trainer
You can play 2 copies of this card at the same time.

If you play 1 copy, draw 1 card from your deck.

If you play 2 copies, search your deck for up to 2 cards and put them in your hand. Shuffle your deck afterward. (This counts as the effect of both cards.)

The goal of the deck is to set up Magmortar Lv x with Heatran Lv. x on the bench, being able to abuse Heat Wave power with Flame Buster. Also Torrid Wave with Heat Metal for 30 damage poison every turn.

Also Heatran's attack works well with Heatran's Heat Wave for 80 damage for no discard.

Although the entire deck is 2x weak to fire not sure what to tech for this.

chetabear: Thanks for the reply. Although there are already 4 Bebe searches in the deck, and I find the LA power useful and even though the LA one only does 80, it can possibly do up to 120 if I need to.

Garchomp#140: Same as before, I already have 4 Bebe's Search in the deck.

I personally prefer to play the Mag line 3-3-1. LV.X's are powerfull, but only Heatran LV.X is usefull in that quantity. Also, Flame Buster can only be used once every two turns...

May I suggest Rapidash IFDS? It combo's perfectly with Mag and Tran.

Rapidash text copy/pasted from my Sniper Burn deck:

---------------------------
Rapidash LV.43 – :fire:– HP80
Stage 1 – Evolves from Ponyta

Poke-Body: Burning Mane
If this Pokemon is your Active Pokemon and is damaged by an opponent’s attack (even if its HP is reduced to 0), the attacking Pokemon is now Burned.

[C][C] Rear Kick: 30 damage.
[R][R] Leaping Flames: Discard 2 Fire Energy attached to Rapidash, and do 60 damage to 1 of your opponent’s Pokemon.

Weakness: Water (+20)
Resistance: none
Retreat: 0

Yea, use Rapidash and this deck wil be AWESOME!!!

what happens when you run into a kingdra and it keeps koing your heatran?
you should have a tech for it like riachu or some thing.

Ok...I see 3 Warp Point, but that's your only means of getting Heatran Lv. X into play and back onto the bench. That's a problem.
