That is such an amazing idea !
But, I would advice you to add maybe a horsea from dragon (33/97) so even if ur opponent also is able to beat you, you can retaliate. I do know that this will mess up the tactic with beating ur opponent, but that can be handled with taking out 4 energies and make them cyndaquils instead, and change all the energies to fire. Reason why is that horsea doesn't care about what energy it has, and in this way, you will also be able to utilize weakness even further.

This deck is terrible. If you really want to beat fire types then use chikorita instead of horsea.

I fail to see how a low-HP, Lightning-Weak, low-damaging Pokemon can consistently defeat Luxray GL Lv. Xs and Garchomp C Lv. Xs. Jumpluff OHKOs you easily. Gyarados OHKOs you, but you 13HKO it. Good luck winning a big tournament like Nats.

In all seriousness, I really think this deck could benefit from the addition of... actually... seems pretty good... I don't see how this could not beat every meta deck!

with the speed of a SP deck and the agility of...of...um...yea... its fast and easy to get set up, you have a huge advantage, maybe add a sableeye to make sure you go first !

While I love the deck, keep in mind Horsea can't Beat Mewtwo lv.X! Which is rediculous. I'd add in 1 Memory Berry and 1 Seadra so this deck doesn't afraid of anything.
