Standard and Expanded Format Legal Card List Discussion

So is Roseanne's Research legal or not? It's OP8 but I don't see it on this list... it is in the Research Tower though... confused.

That's your problem. It would have been much easier to check on the PokeGym's Researching Tower. :thumb::lol:

I guess soooo, I just prefer to look on a site where people aren't telling me a card came out almost a year and a half after it really did. But thankssssssssssssss

I thought the Sneasel from Neo Genesis; would be legal because of it being Reprinted in Undaunted or are they 2 diffirent Sneasel I thought the Undaunted was a Updated version of the Neo Genesis one

Just would would need a reference. because of the Major change done to the on the Weakness being Fighting
and the change to Resistance of -20 instead of -30.

They have determined that it is not a reprint because of those differences.

And, to be honest, I think it's the right choice.
While it would be cool to play with a set of NG Sneasel in your deck, it would be confusing because of the W&R differences, even with a reference card. And since the new card is a common, there's no real argument about it being difficult to get a playset of the new card.

Being randomly kool is the reason my Metal/Dark decks will always include 4 copies of the 1st edition Genesis cards, even if there's a deck reference. Who doesn't love using 1st ed cards for no real reason? ^_^

I use Neo Genesis energies.

Man that kind of stupied reprint the card and then say its not a Reprint but with pass Cards they Reprinted but changed only a few things and let them pass as Reprints that is just plan Stupied

But I will go with what they say maybe later on they will relize it was stupied and say it was a Repint afterall

Pop? any chance you have this in PDF format. Prints our really nice that way. Last version i have is from 09.
thanks!

Why does Defender not need a reference?

I don't know if it does or not.
I certainly am not going to make that call.
We have a ruling pending.
Depending on the result of that ruling, I'll adjust the list if needed.

Do you mean this list of all set symbols with modified legal in black and unlimited in red?

That was made by Blizzard and he hasn't made one lately.

For now, I just copied and pasted your list into Word...highlighted the red and it works.
Sent it over to you. Not as pretty but usable.

Added the Set Symbol list with legal sets in black and older, rotated sets in red.
Thanks Blizzard!
