Don't want to sound rude, but you played it, it's public knowledge. The only way you can really stop it from entering the public sphere is if you contacted anyone who might report it and ask them not to list it. Now that we know it was Jumpluff, it's already been tallied into the final results.

Don't worry though, it's not like your one deck getting fourth will drastically inspire others to metagame against you locally or shift things on a national level.
