Is this card still a card worth running in LuxChomp? I just built it for the first time and remember this card was good.

I usually tech it in with all my Sp builds that aren't DialgaChomp. I think it should be a staple when it comes to the first week of an event ie Battle Roads, Cities, States. Because you don't know exactly what your going against.

If you are playing mirror and they lay down Smeargle, you win. Seriously. Bright Look it up and with 2 turns and a Flash Bite you can make it so Smeargle dies before your turn, allowing you to take ANOTHER prize.

Why would you need to Flash Bite it? 2 Poison Binds is enough, then Dragon Rush something on their bench while the Smeargle is about to be KO'd from poison between turns.

^When you flash bite it gives you the chance to drag up another pokemon to lock up. You could also dragon rush and take 2 prizes as well. Both options are good.

I understand that, but it seems an inferior option. I'd be surprised if the opponent benches two or more Pokemon which can be locked, plus it wastes a lot of resources with Poketurns and Crobat Gs. I think Yoyofsho16 was talking about binding it active then Dragon Rushing something on the bench while it's KO'd from Crobat/Poison, when 2 Binds does the job anyway.

But you can basically do this move anyway. 3 lock ups (azelf's attack) on smeargle leaves it with 10 hp left. 1 Flash bite + an attack gives you the 2 prizes also. I think the best argument in favor of roserade is the surprise lock at the end of the game, like right before or even during the + 3.
