This deck tries to get out kingdra out early to do fast damage while your opponent is setting up and to get some damage spread to the bench. when kingdra gets weak/meets fiery foes, it is time to bring out glaceon, which takes longer to power, but it shuts down pokepowers and gets damage on the bench as well as do 70 damage with no fire drawback. when feraligatr is finally ready, it comes out to use hydro crunch to obliterate whatever pokemon is out, then one by one KOs all those pokemon from the bench that already have damage from avalanche and spray splash. Floatzel is there to recycle any pokemon that get KOd before feraligatr is ready. Another option is to get rid of the floatzel line and add a kingdra prime, a seadra, a horsea, and a luxury ball.

someone please post! I need this deck ready for states on saturday!

too many stage 2s and stage 1s. Stick to 1 or 2 lines. Also with stage 2s you usually go 4-3-4 (4 basic 3 stage 1 4 stage 2) or 4-2-4 and 3 or 4 rare candies. If you cut out the stage 2 lines, cut the candies. There is way too much energy in this deck. Cut at least 3 or 4 energies. More than 1 luxury ball is a big no no. The text says if you have a luxury ball in your discard you cant play luxury ball. I would remove maybe 1 bebes and interviewers for 3 or 4 pokemon collector. You also need uxie to draw cards early game and maybe azelf if something crucial is in the prizes. You may want to add seekers or super scoop ups to heal damaged pokemon.

I reccommend these changes:

x2 kingdra prime(add 2)
x2 seadra
x2 horsea(add 2)
[DEL]x2 feraligatr prime[/DEL]
[DEL]x2 croconaw
x2 totodile[/DEL] (Seeing as Kingdra only requires one energy to attack, massive energy attachment isn't required to make a fast deck, and therefore only clogs up your pokemon lines.)
x2 floatzel gl
x2 floatzel gl lv. x
[DEL]x2 eevee
x2 glaceon
x2 glaceon lv. x[/DEL] (This line, while useful, isn't focused as tightly on the main idea of your deck as it could be.)
+2 Uxie LA (best searchable draw. Period. .
+1 Azelf LA (don't want floatzel stuck in your prizes, do you?)

trainers/supporters/stadiums

x4 rare candy
x4 bebe's search
x3 broken time space
x3 interviewer's question
x3 PONT
[DEL]x2 luxury ball[/DEL] (Only one is required
x2 premier ball
+2 pokemon collector (These help with potential donk situations, and can help set up by fetching uxie and azelf
+3 Pokemon communication(can combo with pokemon collector to fetch kingdras and floatzel LV.X)
+4 Pokedex handy 910 (no downside, use it!!
+2 Cynthia's Guidance (a good finisher when you only need one more card to win, and helps your match up against trainer lock
energy:
[DEL]
x17 water energy[/DEL] too many energy. max of 4 if you get out 4 kingdras, plus about 3 for retreating.
+8 water energy

this would leave you with:

17 Pokemon

x4 kingdra prime
x2 seadra
x4 horsea
x2 floatzel gl
x2 floatzel gl lv. x
x2 Uxie LA
x1 Azelf LA

31 trainers/supporters/stadiums

x4 pokedex 910handy
x4 rare candy
x4 bebe's search
x3 pokemon communication
x3 broken time space
x3 interviewer's question
x3 PONT
x2 Cynthia's Guidance
x1 luxury ball
x2 premier ball
x2 Pokemon Collector

8 energy:

x8 water energy

This gives you 4 spaces to innovate. I hope that I gave you some good tips, and wish you well at states. BTW, which states are you going to be at?

thanks. maybe I'll add a couple pokemon rescues or prof. oak's visits or expert belts or something. I am going to arizona state championships. why do you ask?

I dont have 4 kingdra primes. I will have to take out 2 kingdra prime and add 2 kingdra LA. also, I think 2 pokeradars and 2 pokedex handy910 would work better tham 4 pokedex handy. like the rest though.

I have been trying to decide: should I use this deck here, or another deck of mine, rhypowgon?

here is the link to the rhypowgon thread:http://pokegym.net/forums/showthread.php?t=142536&highlight=rhypowgon. you might have to read a little to find out what it is now. sorry.

just because metagames are different in different places.

keep both kingdras. 2 of each kind is better than 2 of only one.
