Hi ho!

This is the deck I'm building at the moment. I have done a list, but I'm not sure if it needs something to make it better. If you have ideas, please post them!

The list:

Pokemon (21)

3-2-3 Blastoise UL (2x UL Blastoise, 1x PL Blastoise)
2-2-2 Feraligatr Prime
1-1 Floatzel GL lv.x
2 Uxie LA
1 Azelf LA
1 Unown Q
1 Regice LA

T/S/S (25)

4 Rare Candy
3 Pokemon Communication
1 Luxury ball

3 Broken Time-Space

4 Bebe's Search
4 Collector
2 Professor Oak's New Theory
2 Interviewer's Questions
2 Twins

Energy (14)

2 Warp energy
1 Rescue Energy
11 Water energy

= 60

Strategy:

The idea of this deck is to get Blastoise active with Feraligatr and Floatzel GL lv.x on the bench. Blastoise UL's Hydro Launcher does 100 damage to any of your
opponents pokemon with [WWCC] energy cost. When using this attack, you must return two water energies from Blastoise back to your hand. This is where Feraligatr
hits the game. Its Poke-Power Rain Dance can attach one water energy from your hand to one of your water pokemon. I just returned two energy cards from Blastoise
back to my hand, so I can just attach those energies back to Blastoise, because Rain Dance can be used as many times as I want in one turn. So I can snipe for
100 damage every turn. Other useful Blastoise from PL hits 60 damage to two of my opponent's pokemon with [WWCC], but when I use it, I must discard two water energies from
Blastoise. It's little bit expensive, but useful in some situations.

Other important card in this deck is Floatzel GL lv.x, because of its awesome Poke-Power Water Rescue. When any of my water Pokemons gets KO'd (except Floatzel GL),
I can take it and all cards attached to it back to my hand instead of discarding them. Sounds good, doesn't it? If my Blastoise gets KO'd, I take them back to my hand.
If there's BT-S in play, I just play Squirtle down to my bench and evolve it to Blastoise. Then I use Rain Dance and attach those water energies back to my Blastoise.
Blastoise is ready to snipe again. If somebody decides to KO my Floatzel, I have Rescue energies in my deck. One for Floatzel, and I get it back to my hand if it faints.
Then I can play it again and rescue my other water pokemons.

Azelf is there for rearranging prizes and getting something important from there to my hand. Uxie's are for draw power. I have three, so I have better chance to get it to my
hand. I need draw power in this deck, so I like three Uxies there.

Trainers and supporters explain themselves. Collectors for getting basics, Bebes for getting any Pokemon. With Interviewers I can get energies to my hand, PONT is hand refresh
and Twins is back up if I'm losing. Luxury ball, one trainer, one Pokemon. Rare candies for speeding my set up and consistency and Communication for changing that wrong
Pokemon from my hand to needed one from my deck.

So, that's the deck. Please tell how do you like it and if you have ideas for changing something, please open your mouth. :)

Ah, blastoise/feraligatr, my deck of choice for the BR/Cities season. Well, just a fair warning. Like you, I played three uxie. Expect to start with him a lot. Without warp point, unown q, switch, or warp energy, you'll have a tough time, and could end up giving away a free prize early game.

You might want to consider a Smeargle UD/Unown Q for mid-game recovery.

Since you have a lot of T/S/S, no discard method will give you a horrible matchup to both lostgar and vilegar. Luxray GL will eat you up.

You'll have great and easy matches against machamp, donphan, and charizard, though. Steelix is iffy. Dialgachomp is suprisingly winnable.

Also, be wary of the ruling regarding rescue energy and floatzel GL. If you have rescue energy attached, it triggers and ignores "water rescue" so you lose the other energy attached. Another tech card to consider is dialga pl-5 reverse time, which combos extremely well with "dig well"

I played this deck last season for states in my build i didnt play 2 UL blastosie i actuly played 2 PL 1 UL but thats my deck you denataly struggle on luxray.

some ideas then are as the post above card that let get to bench i would strongly say warp point as it forces oppent swtich.
again as a bove for resuce vs water rescue i would say either 1 or other and try runing spirtomb.

changes
-1 uxie (if you wish)
-2 flotzal LVx (whole line or take the 3 rescue enrgy)
-1 Professor Oak's New Theory
-1 Pokemon Communication
+3 or 2 spritomb
+2 warp point

this should improve the deck

Thanks for your opinions!
This is more fun deck than tournament deck. I'm not going to play in tournaments and I don't have a league near me. So playing against Luxray isn't common so I can struggle with it. :p What discarding method would you suggest against Vile- and Lostgar?

@cabd

Yeah, when you say it, three Uxie's without Warp points, Warp energies and stuff it's not the best. I'll replace one with something else. Maybe one Q, so I can get Uxie back to the bench?
I like that Dialga idea, maybe I'll give it a try. :)

@Giratinamaster

I think I'll keep the Floatzel line. I like it because of it's body. And it also has free retreat if it gets to active position.
I've also been thinking about Spiritomb. I was bouncing between more trainers or Tomb, now I decided to try trainers. But I think I should use four Tombs if I decided to run them. It would be quite rare to start with Tomb, if I played only two or three. But I think I'll add few Warp energies.

Regice LA is the best discard option. And due to the ruling, I'd say take out two rescue, add two warp energy. The rescue energy is for floatzel himself. Or for a last resort.

Hehe, that's exactly what I was thinking. :D So, I would do these changes:

-1 Uxie
-2 Rescue energy
- PONT

+1 Regice LA
+2 Warp energy
+1 Unown Q

Does it look better now?

I faced this deck the the other day, it was a close match (6-5). I lost, but I had fun. I got overconfident because he was down to his Blastoise w/ 2 W energy against my Tangrowth, so I thought I had the win in my hands. He still needed three prizes at the moment- He played Totodile, and Rare Candied into Feraligatr. Attached 2 W energy, played down a Black Belt, and Hydro Launched my Tangrowth. Of course, I didn't put in any secondary attackers, so that game pretty much ended there (I didn't ragequit, I just hurried through my turn and patiently watched as he OHKO'd the rest of my Pokémon).

I edited the changes to first post. Any other ideas?

So at least my opponent will have fun? ;D Maybe he's not the only one. :)
Sadly I don't have any player near me that I could test with, I can only play against myself... :(
