Pidgeot looks rather broken to me. 100 damage for a DCE is pretty sick, even if you have to discard it, and the "Can't use next turn" doesn't limit it that much, because it can retreat for free and Rampant Wings the active. Speaking of Rampant Wings, 1 Pidgeot and Mesprit in plays means permanent power lock. And OK, it can't keep using Gale with no cost because of max 4 DCE, but Pachirisu + Shaymin give you good Energy acceleration, and you can recycle them with the Pokepower.

Permanent Mesprit lock + Possible T1 100 damage + OK setup move = O.0

I was trying to find a way to make it less broken. You'll still need 1 turn to use the attack again so benching won't end the effect. Not sure if the rule changed and with BTS getting rotated out, you can't scoop it up and play it again so you're really limited on resources but B/W is coming out soon.

I was trying to keep Pidgeot's attack around 2 energy as they all have about 2 for the attack with some element of disruption.

I see your point. Looks like Pidgeot is done being the underdog.

Er..you can't use Leafeon Prime because you're only allowed 4 eevee's in a deck, lol.
The wording you have stated also means you can't use Jolteon Primes to count as it's effect. Maybe try rewording?

That ways the only way I could put down the target. Leafeon is looking for Pokemon that evolves from Eevee and even though Jolteon can come into play as a basic and Espeon places them as basic, they still evolve from Eevee.

It's hard to word, but the way it is worded currently states that it must have the Eevee below the card for the effect to work.

Eevee does not have to be below it for it to work. I can't put if you have an Eeveelution in play. That was the best way I could word it.

It states that it must evolve from eevee.

Not that it has to be evolved from eevee.

There's actually a huge difference there.
