Reshiboar with Magnezone won Worlds, not Magneboar with Reshiram - not that it´s any news to anyone because of the Worlds site.
That´s probably how the victory came -Reshiram hits for 120, Magnezone for anything needed beyond that, and RDL finishes off quite effectively
He didn´t run a single Reversal, because it had to be focused on damage - and sure enough, that is powerful.
Reshiram/Typhlosion was run a lot, and yet the Emboar variant with Magnezone took it all - both have their advantages and disadvantages - one major disadvantage for Typhlosion variants was Ross Cawthon - that SEL is completely insane against those decks.
I hoped he would win, but getting second at Worlds with a deck nobody has ever seen before (even if someone had built it, they sure didn´t run Tropical Beach) is amazing. I know I wouldn´t have been able to think of that deck in a thousand years, literally even.
Looking forward for the decks to be printed, trying them out could be fun.
