OK, the Espeon is NM by my terms, I'll get back to you on what else I have. Mostly interested in the Orange Stuff, not so much the black.

Do you notice any imperfections on the card??? Scratches, scuffs, bends, tears, rips, creases, or folds edge wear??

And how soon can you make a concrete offer on a set of orange sleeves and dekbox?

I'd really be more aiming for x4 of the sleeves. There is slight edgewear on the lower and right edge.
I don't think I can beat the other offer you have, sorry.
