This is true, but considering how difficult it is to get out a Tirtouga, I feel like it's fair. Plus it can only attack twice on the turn you evolve it.

There is a card called Devolution Spray that you could combo Carracosta EX with. Also, I like the Pokemon, especially the fact that Archeops prevents Items and reduces damage better than a Defender with 1 60 damage attack, and the fact that all 3 starters work together. Good job. :thumb:
